lol @ this thread and this forum :-P
  2. That sounds awesome. I will definitely be checking it out!
  3. Okay. Thanks. And I found a nice guide here, that I did not know know existed before: http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Pay-to-play_Melee_training EDIT: Thank you Azeem, and sorry for the lack of clarity. I'll check out the requirements for Smoking Kills in a bit.
  4. I feel that slayer is sometimes a hassle to do and travel, and I hate getting stuck with bad assignments. I just want to get 80 attack, strength, and defense to dk with my friend. I feel it will be easier grinding than doing slayer.
  5. Maybe there should be a guide on it then? :P I spent a minute opening up tabs on the first 5 pages.. I'll check them out. Thanks for the help (any anyone else can still feel free to help :D )
  6. I had a look at the AOW, and looked through 4 pages of regular guides but to no avail. Thanks for the monsters! :) EDIT: If anyone else has more or wants to agree with hedge feel free to post.
  7. Yes, but I'm asking for things besides slayer. I don't want to start a "dude just do slayer" discussion, I want some names of places to train at :P
  8. Hey everyone, after a fairly long break (I quit before the ge, came back for a month around dark-bow time, then quit again until now - I guess that's like 3 years), I've come back to runescape and am looking for a way to train Attack, Strength, and Defense (also range, but I know where to go for that). My melee skills average around 75, I have 78 mage, and 64 range (>.<) I'm wondering what good places there are to train melee skills. I've heard a few people say giant spiders, some say these shadow warrior things.. altogether I'm lost. If you kindly would, could you give me a list of 5 or so monsters with decent drops and decent xp for a level 97 like myself? Pay to play, and please suggest something other than slayer. Thanks!
  9. I mean I guess I could get p2p, but I'd rather spend my time/money working on my level 94 main than a pure. Once more thanks.
  10. Okay. Should I get 31 prayer now or keep 26 for ranging?
  11. Thanks for the help guys. If I get: 40 Attack 70 Strength 1 Defense 70 range 70 mage ___ prayer? Would that be a good time to start pking seriously? And one final question - In hindsight I should have probably not gotten prayer levels, but I did, so is there any way I can make them useful? Also, if this guy gets pretty high leveled I'll probably make him members anyway, so that's always an option for prayer. Thanks once more.
  12. Appreciate the help, but I don't want to make a new account. Is there any way I can make the prayer useful? EDIT: P.S. Go Phil Kessel.
  13. Hey, currently I have a pure with the following stats: 40something health? 40 Attack 50 Strength 1 Defense 40 Range 26 Mage (should have been 25) 26 Prayer Combat level: 43 I've tried pking with him twice today and pretty much got horrible beaten. My setup was iron armor, ammy of strength, dhide chaps and vambs, rune scimmy, rune 2h in my inventory, and some lobs and a strength pot. I know I should probably change him to some range-2h guy but I feel my ranging level is not high enough. What would you recommend I get his stats to before I start pking? And if you have some basic tips feel free to throw them in. My strategy was eat at 200 and switch to 2h when they got to 1/3 hp or something. Thank you very much.
