Truth is that the top 15 changes over time as people stop playing / competing. Saying the top 15 isn't "right" without a historic member of the top 15 is just silly.

It's 225 hours to 99 I think.
Im Choice got 99 226 hours after the skill was released so it must be less than that.

Pieter has been getting 50k xp/h while Dragonseance and other EE members have reported +63k xp/h (At 70+ lvl). Pieter isn't efficient.
Anything is possible if you admit to account sharing

I got banned on friday and am still waiting for my account to get unbanned...

Bwizzel got perm banned after he was rollbacked.
He was active on a site where skiller and I was active around, waiting for botters to post their stats/progress/exact xp in a skill so we could track them down and get them banned.

I think the safest bet with divination is to wait atleast 1-4 weeks until you train it, just go to 99 and wait until they boost the xp per hour. If they don't, what have you lost?

Will Elias and Elvis come back anytime soon? Haven't been active since the beginning of the year. They should be back at least for Divination though imo.
Also Host Bart is just powering through exp lately, it's fun to watch.

im not going to compete for 200m, but depending on my schedule definitly 99. my goal is to be ranked in the top 100 and hopefully higher.
this may be on or off topic, but any no lifing tips. the best i have ever done was 18 hours a day for like 4 days and then i had to go back to school
its all about who will find best training method first , then depends how many h u will play

At this stage I think we can assume that Botwatch has implemented a new set of parameters that is meant to catch more bots, but is falsely banning legitimate players. The reason as to why it hasn't been fixed yet is because no one at Jagex knows how to. They won't turn it off because the number of actual bots being banned far outweighs the few daily false bans.
not sure how many ppl working with botwatch but it seems 1 not sure l0l
it seems they planing change it too.
