you just dont know how to shade detail... you need to work on your shading, all you did was make your lines lighter...

naw, I dont feel like making sigs and selling them right now, plus I didnt save that... but im sure you can find some1 better than me... :P

Take the shadow off of the thing hanging on the wall, and should shouldent see the back of the chair... that is in front of his face.... But its pretty nice...

Use a skin color for the lines, instead of that grayish wierd color

You cant use those if you suck at shading...

shading is more than just shadows, well it isnt... Color is reflected light... no light, no color... There's no black lines on a rune plate... its just the angle and the light, so if you shade where the lines are (move the lines first so there not all sideways) it shows more detail and makes it look realistic... You dont want lines noticable

you must have misunderstood him... Umm, heres some advice... Shade the plate instead of drawing lines that look nothing like a plate...

actually I have done better... but that's ok... I do not want people to know who I am on my other account...

I like it because jagex has 1 of the worst customer supports... and as you can see they sit outside of the building and do nothing when people need help... they only go in to ban people...

umm shade it more, and make where the castle is look more like a cliff by adding a vanishing point...

oh yeah, not the mountain in the red circle, i mean everything around that piece...

I do not know how to make terragans but, I like it... Theres a few thing's that dont look right to me.... What is in the picture below... also the bottom of it I dont like, maybe make it smaller?

I figured all that out by myself... accept i use the pencil tool ;) I'd tell you my other tool but its top secret :P

Learn to do your own stuff, try to start from scratch. Ripping everything will get you no credit.
