  1. Usually if there is no evidence on their end and it was a mistake, they quash it from your accounts history and it doesn't show up or count towards anything. I'm not 100% on how long/what happens when they do this though. You can contact Jagex support through their email ([email protected]). Usually if you put the subject in the subject line they reply pretty quick from my own experience.

     

    It sucks to see that this happened, but mistakes are made sometimes on their end. Hopefully you can get it all sorted out!
