I don't understand how else you'd judge the 'best player' other than total xp (perhaps in total non-buyable xp? Buyable xp isn't viable because many dicers would then rank, despite relatively low total xp), but regardless, the best scaper has the most xp. Suomi currently has the most xp, so he's the best. I mentioned Nite and Fat Wrecked because I was close friends with them when they played and they were always friendly helpful people to everyone. They weren't cocky. They were respectful players. As for Telmo, Elias, Nova, Zarfot, and Zezima they don't have Suomis gains because he plays 2x as much as all of them and had to beg for bils of gp to accomplish what he did. None of them ever begged for cash. And they were ahead of him for the longest time. Put it into the perspective that if free trade never came back, Suomi wouldn't even be on the front page high scores. You can give anyone bils of gp and they can easily coast to the front page exactly like he did. So he isn't even close to the best scaper in this game. Exp means nothing in 2k12 where a company supports RWT, Botting, RAF, SoF. I've played this game from the beginning and this isn't even close to the game that Andrew and Paul envisioned.

Why would Jagex punish somebody for something that is there own fault? No rules were broken. No bugs were abused. Was a Jagex mess up not increasing the hp but keeping the effigy rate higher based on the combat level. All bugs are the fault of Jagex, that's like saying nobody should have been banned during the Falador Massacre. This is AFKable, the mummies have the same drop rate as cave crawlers, have 10 LP each and are much cheaper. I'm pretty sure this is a glitch. If Jagex was wholey against this a hotfix would have been put in place by now. Also who doesn't afk in rs in 2012? Just because something is cheaper and same effigy rate as something else doesn't mean its bug abuse or a glitch. Your comparing the Fally Massacre to something as menial as this. I was around for the Massacre and that was 10x as worse as people just getting some effigies to train there skills. It's Jagex's fault for putting effigies in this game in the first place. Out of the last 3-4 glitches, Jagex has only banned ONE person that I can think off the top of my head and that was Bullseye from doing a small amount of mage exp after the Trollheim tele bugged. There was the unlimited sigil drop no one got banned for, other people who abused the Trollheim tele, the DG bug where people scaled loads of rc exp and they shut down the game for 7+ hrs to fix it, and the people who abused the factory and got loads of thieve and agil exp and didn't get banned at all. This is Runescape 2k12. No one will get banned for something as menial as this even if its a "bug". If Jagex banned people for this they might as well ban the people who were able to get a Max Cape and weren't even maxed (which was hotfixed) but nothing happened to those players.

He isn't going for 200m all. I argued with him about putting it in slayer. If he needs effigies though he can just go crawlers / ganos.

You seriously just got trolled. Lol. Effigies do not stack even if they are of the same combination. If they did you could bank loads more then what Mithril banked or what Richard currently has banked. Mithril had 512 and at least 30% of them had to be of the same stages and they did not stack.

Update of the top 15 2 weeks 1. S U O M I : 3,81B xp (+50.7M). Another 2 weeks of Crawler for our Rank #1 he has achieved 200m Defence for his 15th 200m and claiming the title for King of 200m's. He has also achieved 100m Woodcutting for his 19th 100m+ skill and he has gained front page rc along with being 3m xp away from 100m rc and 2m xp away from 100m crafting. He is now at a 23m base with training Attack and we shall see some strong gains there and see his exp base rise up a little each week. He should reach 100m rc within the next week and crafting within the next two weeks. His lead on rank 2 in almost up to 550m exp. Coming milestones: 100M Crafting(20th), 100M Runecrafting(21st) 2. Jake/Tezz : 3,26B xp (+23M). More Woodcutting for our resident slayer he is still chilling out at arctic pines and doing assists on and off He will reach 100m Woodcutting shortly and 150m Firemaking in two weeks. Coming milestones: 100M Woodcutting (17th) 3. Jdelacroix : 3,09B xp (+22M). Jdelacroix still keeping on schedule with everything he does he is 4m xp away from 100M strength. Still doing his daily farm runs he is 6m exp away from 200m. Will he get it or will he just wait too get multiple 200m's at once? At his current pace he should achieve 200m Farming in 4 weeks. Our favorite singer is still hanging out with crawlers and doing a small bit of slayer on the side. He is still doing his daily farm runs and he has used up his skoll boots also. The gap between him and paperbag is small at 5.4m currently so he might have to pick up the pace or he will be back at 15. At his current pace he will reach 200m Hp in 7 weeks. At his current pace he could reach 2b xp within the next 3 weeks and be the 25th player with 2b xp. Athymy is messing around with thieving, dg and abit of prayer. He also has started doing some daily farm runs and bouncing around into other various skills also. A huge two weeks for da broman he has dumped his effigies again it seems along with some dungeoneering, woodcutting, mining, and agility. Dapledo still being magical with 13m xp along with doing some cooking magic now. He has broke the 2b mark. Again sorry for the no update last week guys. I've had some irl problems / stuff going on so haven't been around much lately. I will try to get around this saturday to do a 2 week update. Unless someone else would like to do one for last week and I'll do saturdays.

Never takes me more then 20 minutes to do usually. And most maxed players do have most quests done except Kngkyle and Jarod. Varies from player to player really. I do it for fun. But its 15-20 minutes for 39k xp in any skill a week. Most likely rc.

Penguins are fun, fast and easy to do. Plus its free rc exp and a nice break from doing other skills. ~15 minutes to do pengs for 39k rc exp a week.

And why would he want to use the extra effigies on farming instead of woodcutting, which is far slower? Not efficient when he doesn't have 200m fm.

Not really sure think he wants to keep his stats kinda even I guess.

He is 14m exp away from his 15th 200m and taking the title of king of 200m skills. At his current pace he should reach 200m Defence in 2 weeks along with 100m Runecrafting. His lead on rank 2 has extended to 526m exp. . Coming milestones: 100M Crafting(20th), and 200M Defence(15th) 100m Runecrafting(21st). 2. Jake/Tezz : 3,24B xp (+14M). A faster week for our resident slayer hes still cutting arctic pines and getting exp in both wc and fm. Also assisted some effigies. At his current pace he should reach 100m woodcutting in 2.5 weeks Coming milestones: 100m Woodcutting(16th) 3. Jdelacroix : 3,07B xp (+9.1M).Bit of jump compared too last week, the resident family man is still slaying and opening up the effigies along with his daily farm runs. At his current pace he will reach 100m Strength in 3-4 weeks and 200m Farming in 5 weeks but will most likely hold off. Coming milestones: 100M defence, 100M Strength, 200M Farming(10th), and 200M Thieving(11th). 4. Elvis : 3,02B xp (+12.6M). Jagex has done a fail it seems. They lowered the requirements too the new firemaking quest that is suppose to come out this month to 74. What would be the point of changing the level requirement of the quest when after you do the quest you can't do anything until 91 fm with it?

Telmo won't play again he says. I was surprised Tg came back but I always saw him in f2p talking so woulda happened eventually.

Thats how the top 15 update is organized. I was mainly focusing on the players above 1.5B xp or so who aren't in the top fifteen. For instance Chilly/Nico Robin, don't hear about her much. So I was wondering if there were any up-and-comers that had gone mostly unnoticed. Not many of the people who are 1.5b xp or higher have the desire to get front page or can't really do it. Most of the people who are up and coming usually get posted in the outside the top 15 if they were noticeable before or were on the verge on getting into the top themselves. So people like Chilly and ldy princess who only have DG to do won't get it done because its such a horrible skill these days. Or they are just really quiet players who keep too themselves. The problem most players have also is cash problems. I don't see a huge change in the top 15 really happening within the next year other then paperbag possibly dropping out unless he can come up with a big cash flow before Broman drills in. Maybe Kngkyle dropping out as he said he possibly would by the summer. You can also look at This and it should be close to the virtual high scores. I don't know how often it gets fully updated so. It also goes by virtual overall level not exp so will be different to how it is done on here.

Con isn't that hard of a record to beat. If you have the mentality for it or just have loads of cash you can just run long and curved bones. Most likely how Andrew Calcs and Host Bart did it. He's nowhere near max really and possibly has no way of 200m all skills.
