The CPU is clocked a bit low. You might want to overclock it once you have bought it. (Overclocking makes your computer warmer inside, and might ruin the CPU. Make sure you have good cooling before overclocking) Apart from that, looks good!

You should be able to find the IP that DDoSed him. If you can, whois it and report it to the ISP that it shows up as being 'associated' with.

tv commercials cost money. [bleep]ing up one of the core principles of your game doesn't. Well, jagex dont need tv commercials with the new (*cough* and suckish *cough*) Refer a Friend, but its not [bleep]ing up one of the core principals, more people, more fun (atleast thats the idea *cough*)
