It's Super Effective!
Does soft resetting even do crap to get a female starter? It's annoying trying to get a female Snivy to fit picking the female protagonist for Black (plus breeding). Five tries so far and the forced introduction isn't helping. If you're curious I chose the name "Eris" to counter how I went by Lokie in White. Tricksters ahoy!

It's Super Effective!
1 HP Thundurus that's asleep is simply flying around Unova breaking my (ultra) balls. Speaking of my shenanigans in Pokemon White, is it a bit of a stretch that the head scientist of the Poke Transfer project is a shout out to the tenth doctor given the techno babble (most of his speech was 'blah blah blah tech and gene stuff') and even saying Allons-y? It has to be true given the latter at least. :3

Thanks to some boosters, Darmanitan made Ghetsis' Hydreigon his [bleep]. After that, the rest of the battle was fairly easy and some of his mons didn't get a chance to fight back. The ending of that story really was saddening though. Personally, I think our character and Cheren should have given Ghetsis a physical beatdown after defeating him, for having an annoying Hydreigon and being a complete monster. Anyways, onto harpying up Unova once more to rid Team Plasma (establishing Team Harpy).

Tried Battle Subway because I am rather bored. Hard to give an exact opinion given the odd nature, but I like it for distraction purposes... Oh, Vezon. Funny you said that because my Darmanitan did learn Superpower recently. Now for the matter of making it suitable to hit Hyderpgon first. While on topic, Darmanitan, Excadrill, and Scrafty have a special place in my heart. Lilligant too, but that is to not be called sexist (even though I know my Scrafty is a girl while forgetting what Excadrill was because it was kicking too much ass). Anybody's opinion on Eelektross? I have in lying around in my PC (I didn't even know how rare getting one on the regular floor of Chargestone was until I checked up its encounter rate) and was thinking of making a use of the thing, but unsure. It could be handy given it essentially has no weaknesses and appears flexible.

I pretty much raged and left to start grinding. It is rather annoying I have to be lucky to even get a chance to hit his Hydreigon (which either comes up after his Cofagrigus or is the fourth to show up). Needless to say, there is someone I personally experienced to be more troublesome than Whitney (I haven't played Gen IV yet) putting me to the point I need to go off somewhere to train for a long while.

I one-man armied Opelucid Gym with just Vanillish (comes in five flavors). The puzzle was pretty easy too to boot. Now, lots of grinding to do for Elite Four/rest of main plot. Yay, hours of boredom to get 50+ mons (especially how I neglected Solosis and Litwick for awhile). But hey, Gen V's mechanics were surprisingly easy to understand and figure out despite not playing a Pokemon game since Gen III. Yeah, Unova is my [bleep].

I wouldn't know given Darmanitan one-shotted it. Got past Dragonspiral Tower, and I am really loving the creative camera angles. Reshiram looks beautiful too. :3 Onto Relic Castle. I think I have a solid team as of right now, even though I need to tend to the Solosis and Litwick I have stored sooner or later. If you're curious, my team is Samurott, Scrafty, Lilligant, Excadrill, Darmanitan, and Zebstrika. I'll likely just level grind Solosis and Litwick later, but have to find a dusk stone for the latter. Honestly, I am pretty much in it for the scenery porn now at this point.

Was expecting Clay to be a challenge, but one-shotted all of his mons. Chargestone Cave was a freaking hell hole with an encounter occurring literally every 2-3 steps, but managed to snag a Drilbur (took 2 tries, accidentally OHK'd the first) and a Tynamo (didn't intend on catching one but did so anyway given it showed up). Now that I got to the tower to get a Litwick, unsure if I should go to Skyla now or do a little bit of leveling on more team member that need it On a side note, I swear all the scientists in the game that challenge you sound like molesters.
