  1. Oh sorry.. i really thought that the deflector degrades doring combat. seems to be that i need to get this 1 too now.
  2. U guys helped me alot!! So here r my conclusions: 1) I will get myself a new Ahrim set along with my Arcane shield for maging the miths. 2) I will stick with my void melee since i dont need the str bonus from bandos and torso. 3) When i'll range vyrelords, i will use my void range without a deflector since it uses charges and i hate playing this game for getting more rank\commendations, plus stakes r 1h only so i can use my damaged book for prayer bonus (cant fill it with pages atm sadly). 4) I never do corp\gwd\any other bosses so its irrelevant for me to get the fighter hat while i have the void melee set. Whenever i cant use void, i'll take my Neith. helm. 5) I alrdy have Arcane shield so i'll keep that while maging miths or just maging monkey skeletons in Marim dungeon.
  3. Ok I'll see what i can do about Ganodermic.. At least i know that Ahrim > void mage I wont use ovl's but i will use vecna to boost my low mage. Thanks!
  4. Thanks for the info. I do have SoulSplit plus Turmoil. but i cant use Unicorn yet.. Virtus is too expensive for me.. so Ahrim still better than Void mage?
  5. Hello. I have a few Q's about which armor is better or worse comparing to Elite Void.. 1) Is Elite Void Mage set better than full Ahrim? Considering killing metal dragons with 85 magic and Polypore staff. 2) Is Elite Void Melee better than fighter torso + tassets? Considering i have 99 att, 97 str and fighting Vyrelords with Blis. Polearm. 3) Is Elite Void Range better than Arma plate and legs? Considering i have 87 range and fighting the same Vyrelords with Blis. stakes. 4) Is Fighter hat (barb assault reward) better than Neith helm? Im asking since i see alot of corp killers wearing this instead of the Neith helm. Last Q: While fighting Mith drags with magic, is it better to use offensive shield (arcane) or defensive shield (spectral)? Considering im praying range deflect all the time and i get hit by magic only.. I hope the answers will be from an experienced player which used Void sets for a long time to do the math. I just got my sets not long ago so im not sure whats best. THANKS IN ADVANCE!
  6. I was thinking about adding more pictures, but besides the 1st method, which is very complicated to understand without a pic.. All the others r quite simple.
  7. Thanks for a decent reply. Yes, it made me mad to see all the replies were about grammar and not regarding the methods themselves. If anyone misunderstood anything on my guide due to GRAMMAR issues, they can just f'n ask me. But instead, they all just reply with the most unintelligent comments ever. I really thought its a legit forum, that we can post up our guides and expect to hear 'nice guide' or the other guide-related stuff.. but nooooo, they have to talk about somehting which is (rationally) irrelevant. Only the 1st reply actually said somehitng about the guide itself, that i didnt put any cash\hour stats. Sadly, this was the only worth-reading comment here. I wont make any editing considering grammar, spelling, etc. If there is an admin here reading this, lock this thread up, please.
  8. If there is anything common between u guys and the Corporeal Beast, is that u all feed from my spirit. I blame myself for expecting too much.
  9. Well i guess its called 'web language'. So i shorten whatever i wanted. Its still 100% readable. If u cant handle a "u're", then its "u're" problem.
  10. Whats wrong with "u're"? Im sorry that English is not my 1st language, but is it rly worth to stop reading coz of minor grammar mistakes?
  11. --- FURY'S MONEY MAKING GUIDE --- *-* GUIDE HAS BEEN UPDATED TO 24TH OCTOBER 2011 *-* Note: I will mostly consider on how to make money NOT by skilling at any specific skill, but by another alternative ways of just making 'pure' money - without thinking about the xp. * I will rank my own methods with $$$ ('$' is worst and '$$$$$' is best - in my opinion alone, and depending on the skill level involved) of which is the best way from the ways mentioned below to make money, considering most of the pros and cons. 1) Sacred Oil - $$$$$ On this method u're transforming a regular olive oil into a sacred oil, which sells for alot of money per 1. It is only suggested to do this method after starting the 'In Aid of the Myreque' quest and reaching the part on the quest which u can use the bank in Burg De Rott's. Location: There r 4 main ways to reach this place: * My favorite way is to use the fairy ring code A L Q to the haunted woods, from there head south east passing the werewolf agility arena, climb on the wooden bridge between the 2 trees, heading more south and u can see a boat, which will take u directly to the bridge near the Barrows activity. From there u can just run south west to reach the bank on Burg De Rot or north to reach to the temple itself (yellow circle). * The long way, and more famous way for whoever havent done the 'In Aid of the Myreque' Is crossing the Mort Myre swamp from the north gate near Canifis and reaching Mort'ton by foot all the way south. Nobody likes this way. * Another way is to use the games necklace shortcut to Burgh de rott, u spawn just south to the bank (greeb circle) (u need to finish Branches of Darkmeyer for this). Preparations: Before staring this method u'll need to buy some ingredients. Go ge and buy the following: Swamp paste (5), Timber beams (1), Limestone bricks (1), Olive oil(4 doses) - The more u buy, the better. U need these ingredients for having the 'resources' needed for maintaining the temple (the place u make sacred oil), the number of each ingredient represents the ratio needed for each ingredient to be put on the temple, meaning that to add +5 on the resource bar, u need 5 swamp paste, 1 timber beam and 1 limestone brick. U can buy all those items in the Mort'ton general shop for cheap prices. U 1st need to use either Serum 207 or Serum 208 on the shopkeeper. To make Serum 208, u need to use the Serum 207 on the sacred flame. The dif between the 2 serums is that 207 will only temporarily will able u to use the shopkeeper's shop. Method: On the 1st run from Burg De Rott's bank to the temple, get the following items with u: hammer, swamp paste (stackable, so u can take how many u want - 65 is optimal), 13 timber beams and limestone bricks. After this trip, go back to bank and get the following items: tinderbox, BoB pouch (including to an already summoned pouch, to have just in case u ran low on the familiar's timer, so u could renew the familiar when needed), any hammer (flamtaer is recommended for quicker building), the rest of the inventory, plus the bob's inventory should be filled with olive oil, leaving 2 empty spaces in your inventory. ** Note that this activity is actually a co-op based, means u need other ppl to help u build the temple as its impossible to do it on your own. Therefor, jagex has dedicated world 88 to gather all the ppl who wants to use this mehtod. ** While being at the temple, u cannot use the olive oil on the flame to make it a sacred oil without having some Sanctity, to raise sanctity, u have to 'reinforce' the temple as in clicking on it (for that u've used the ingredients from before). U have 3 meters on this method which r shown on the top right corner of the screen: 1) Repair State - needs to be 100 for using the flame inside the temple. Just build the temple as mentioned above to increase this number. On world 88, there r almost always ppl building there so this stays at 100 almost the whole time. 2) Resources - Your personal amount of ingredients which have spent on the temple. After building a temple while having swamp paste, timber beams and limestone bricks, this meter would slowly degrade while raising up the snactity. After a while u'll have to use the ingredients again on the temple for increasing back the resources meter. 3) Sanctity - U drain this while making the sacred oil. This acts like your prayer points while blooming hollow logs for fungy: Each sacred oil being made is reducing this meter by 5 (more or less, as the highest level of this meter is 100). To gain sanctity back, all u need to do is 'reinforce' the temple as mentioned above. Price: Altho this method has some lots of preparations, this is a very nice money making method, and for now, my favorite. Trying this with the Terrorbird familiar, i made up to 900k an hour since each sacred oil costs more then 3k each! (price updated for 23rd October, 11') * U also gain some crafting xp while reinforcing the temple, around 10 xp each 2 seconds. Sacred oil - Part 2 - (varies between $$$ and $$$$$) After making sacred oil, u can either sell it at ge or use it on logs to make 'pyre logs'. The amount of doses of sacred oil u need to use for logs depending on the log itself, as in regular and oak requires 2 doses, willow, teak, arctic pine, maple, mahogany and eucalyptus requires 3 doses, and yew and magic requires 4 doses. After making a pyre log (or simply buy them on ge, as its the same price but much less work), u need to use it with a shade remain on a funeral pyre located across mort'ton to get a reward. Lets start over: After having a pyre log, u need a shade remain. To get that, u need to kill the various shades located on the surface to get their remains (100% drop), or simply buy those remains at ge. Use the remains on the funeral pyre after using the pyre logs on the funeral pyre, light it up with tinderbox to get some FM xp, Prayer xp and a reward (which would be spawned for u on the plinth near the funeral pyre). A common reward is a key, which is used on the chests located on the shades catacombs underground (blue circle), just abit west to the temple itself. Those keys arent tradable, but the whole items required for achieving them r tradable (pyre logs and shade remains). There is alot of info needed to know b4 doing this method, as in getting the more worthy keys for the more worthy chests. I'll start from the beginning: There r several types of keys and chests on the catacombs, the worst to best keys r as follows: bronze<steel<black<silver<gold. Each key has its dedicated chest (bronze key only open bronze chest, the same with the other colors), for each type of chest and key there r sub-category colors which from worst to best r as follows: red<brown<crimson<black<purple. Meaning that everytime u get a key from the funeral pyre it'll be made of either bronze, steel, etc.. and its loop will be either red, brown, crimson, etc.. In order to get the better value keys, u need to cremate better types of pyre logs and remains. The shade table goes as follows: Loar<Phrin<Riyl<Asyn<Fiyr. Each shade remain can be cremated with a specific range of pyre logs, as follows: Loar and Phrin - all logs , Riyl - willow and up , Asyn - Eucalyptus and up , Fiyr - Magic logs only. The better combination of shades and logs used on the funeral pyre, the better keys u get. The type of the key determines the drop table of the chest, while the loop color will increase the chances of getting the rare drops of this drop table. Now that u know how to make and use the keys, u can get some proper money out of it. I realized that the best log-remain combo is using yew pyre logs with asyn remains, the remains costs 440 gp each and the yew pyre logs costs around 4k each (updated ge mid prices - 24th October, 11'). *Note that ring of wealth do helps getting the rare drops from the chests. Ok so this is what u need to do: 1) Buy loads of yew pyre logs and asyn remains from ge (100 for yr 1st try to see if u like this method). 2) Go to Burgh de Rott's bank and take the following: Dwarf army axe (acts as wielded tinderbox), 13 asyn remains, 13 yew pyre logs (Use BoB if u can for carrying extra remains and logs), 1 free space. 3) From the bank, go to the nearest funeral pyre station u reach and use the logs and the remains on it, then light it up. 4) Take whatever spawned on the plinth near the funeral pyre and keep using your logs and remains to get all the rewards u get from it (it is wise to cremate 4 - 5 remains at once and then taking the rewards just for speed things up). 5) After u have loads of keys and some cash reward from cremating the remains, use the keys on the appropriate chest inside the catacomb. The key range u'll get from this combo would be (from worst to best) 'black key crimson', 'black key black', 'black key purple', 'silver key red' and 'silver key brown'. * Note that the 1st color mentions the key type, and the 2nd color mentions the loop type) * Thats it, u've used all your keys on the chests by now. Make sure u've had the ring of wealth on u when u looted all the chests. Its inconclusive to tell how much worthy this method really is, since the real money comes from the clue scrolls u may get (u get ALOT of them!). Black keys gives medium scrolls, silver gives hard scrolls. So the scroll drop table is what really matters on this method. (Just for comparison, my 1st try was with regular log on loar shadow, which gives the lowest type of keys, i got an easy scroll out of it and a zammy page 1 (!!) from the scroll - sold for 3m cash. :-] ) Goodluck!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2) Clockwork - $$$$ On this method u're simply making Clockworks in your house from steel bars. This is a 1:1 ratio (as in 1 steel bar = 1 clockwork, no other items required). Your requirement is only having Construction level of 25. With lvl 25+ u can make a 'Crafting Table 2' which then u can make the clockwork by having a steel bar in your inventory. Assuming clockwork costs around double then steel bar, u can make around 15k clean cut when making a full inv of clockworks, adding a Beast of Burden to this will increase yr clean cut to around 20k+ per trip (with tortoise). Lets say that making 20k profit with tortoise takes around 3 mins, it means that per hour u can get around 400k+ clean cut. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 3) Mahogany Flatpacks - $$$ On this mehtod u're making money without really using it yourself. It takes long time to buy all the ingredients from ge and even more time when making them yourself (plus u'll waste money on making them more then u'll earn it, so the best way it just to buy them at ge). Long story short, after completing Royal Trouble quest and managing a kingdom, u'll have the option to sell (they call it 'donate') flatpacks to the kingdom coffers to Ghrim, which will put the money earned by this 'donation' in the coffers (coffers - the kingdom's money bank). Note that u can only unlock this money making option after completing all the hard tasks on the fremennik province. I found out about this as completing all easy, medium and hard fremennik tasks is 1 of the requirements of the Blood Runs Deep quest. How to start this method: Considering u have gained the Fremennik Sea Boots 3 (as in completing the hard tasks), u can use all kinds of flatpacks u have on Ghrim and he'll put money inside the coffers, which if u want, u can then withraw it to yourself, or keep it there for the workers on the kingdom. Higher level'd flatpacks gives more money, and it seems that Mahogany Tables gives abit more then 1k each. Before running to ge to buy k's of k's of those flatpack, be aware that flapacks r very hard to be sold on ge, and it takes a couple of days to buy a few hundreds of them and a few weeks (!) to buy a few thousands of them. What seems like a waste of time is actually very profitable, doing this the right way: Requires a BoB to do this efficiently, plus lots of wealth rings for fast teleports from a close bank (c wars with duelling ring is my suggestion) to Miscellania. Before u do anything u need loads of flatpacks.. industrial amounts of them! Talking about like 1000 and above, their ge price is around 550 - 560 gp each. I put it on 551 each as this may be the best 'worth-time-money loss' ratio. I personally put over 3M worth of cash of flatpacks on the coffers. After u have over 1k of flatpacks (make sure its the same type of those mentioned above), get a BoB for less trips and make the trips from c-wars arena and Miscellania with both duelling and wealth rings on u. Note that each 4 trips u'll have to replace the wealth ring as it has 4 charges, and each 8 trips the duelling ring will crumble. I dont find this method much worthy comparing to those i mentioned above, and by far not worthy to do all of the fremennik hard tasks just for this.. but if u're after Blood Runs Deep.. and have a free buy\sell slot on ge.. stuck it up on loads of mahogany tables and wait a few days or weeks and in the future u'll find this way profitable aswell. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 4) Sand - $$ This is only an additional way to make money, not something u 'need to do', but somehting u 'do it on the way for something else'. I do it while farming, since it takes only 30 - 60 seconds to do it daily, while i hop between tree patches im going there and make this money, once per day. So what is all about? Afer completing the 'Hand in the Sand' quest, u may talk to Bert, located in Yanille near the sand patch, to give u 84 buckets of sand to your bank. U can do this once per 24 hours. The requirements for doing this quest r very minor: only 17 thieving and 49 crafting u probably reached those ages ago if u're reading these lines. Theres nothing else to elaborate making this efficiently. U need, once a day, to reach Bert at yanille and he'll give u 84 buckets of sand which each of them is currently abit more than 300 gps. After reaching 3k of buckets (yes.. took me time) i sold them all and got nothing less then 900k gps. Again, on this method u aint struggling for the money.. just hopping once a day to Bert to tell him 'gimme yr sand, punk!', or by an easier way, contacting him with an 'NPC contact' spell located on the Lunar spellbook (requires magic level of 67). U can alternatively use seaweed on a fire or a stove to make soda ash, then using the soda ash with the bucket of sand on a furnace making molten glass out of it. Molten glass can be sold for higher price of around 550 gp but is mostly obtained for glassblowing for craft xp, or making a few items with the construction skill. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 5) Bolt of Cloth - $$$$ A big advantage come with a big disadvantage with this method. Requires no skills at all, but a BoB would make it way faster. The idea is buying bolt of cloth - BoC in short (used on the construction skill) on half the money u'll sell it later. How its done? easy! The sawmill on varrock sells those on 650 gp ea and then u can sell them on ge for an avarage price of 1100 gp ea! Making it a very efficient money doubler method! So far so good, altho there is a catch. On the sawmill's shop u'll 1st see 300 BoC's, which aint stackable btw, so u're gonna make a few trips from varrock east bank to the sawmill. Thats not the catch. The catch is that after 'raiding' his shop, the shop will slowly (very slowly in fact) regenerate the amount of BoC and will reach 300 again (thats the limit, unfortunately) after no less then a few hours. Hopping worlds is useless, there will be the same amount of BoC on every world till its back on 300 again. How much money that makes u? The clean amount of each BoC would be 1100-650=450 now multiply 450 X 300 and u'll get 135k gp every few hours till the shop is fully regenerates itself. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 6) Unfinished Broad Bolts - $$$ Again, making trips from bank to... *drums..* any slayer master u may think about. Each slayer master has a slayer shop (right click on him and choose 'trade'). u'll see 3000 Unfinished Broad Bolts - UBB for short - u can buy. Their price varies while having different stock on the shop. Minimum price is when at full shop (around 50 gp), and maximum price is when the shop is empty from all UBB's (65 gp). Unfortunately, same rules applies here as they apply on bolt of cloth, U HAVE to wait longer time so the shop will regenerate to their full capacity of UBB's (3000 UBB's total) this takes around a day or 2, since their amount is 10 times larger then bolt of cloths. Talking money, this method can give u large amount of money, doing it the same way as in bolt of cloth, but with a little adjustment: After buying from the slayer shop the UBB's, u'll have to attach feathers to them so they can be 'Broad-Tipped Bolts', which r sold on ge for around 100 gp ea, making a clean cut of around 30 gp per bolt, multiply by 3000 per around 48 hours, gives u 90k gp. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7) Item Lending - $$$$$ Item lending is by far the 'heavy artillery' of all my money making methods i had in mind. Making it a huge money investment which varies depending on the item being lent, from the Saradomin Sword, going through more expensive items like Dragon claws and Bandos Chestplate, up to the most expensive items on the game which r very popular to lend with, like Saradomin or Armadyl Godswords. I call this method 'lazy money making' since u dont really need to walk from a place to place. U're just being at ge and asking for some1 to borrow an item u have bought earlier. It is vital to know how exactly to use this method, since after a time, u may lose the satisfation of waiting for borrowers on ge to give u money.. so this is what i know: My suggested item to lend if the Amulet of Fury, hence my name, which may have the most worth per cost as its very popular item to lend to ppl. Step by step on how to get money by this method (this example is on Amulet of fury alone, but can be made on any other worthy item u wish to lend and make money by): 1) Buy Fury. 2) Decide on how much u want to lend the Fury for (my avarage price is 20k per hour). 3) Go on World 2 on ge and repeatedly say 'lending fury 25k-hr', as this is a short and an easy line to read before it dissapeares from the screen. NOTE: Make sure where u stand, as this is very important! U want ppl to see u better, so try to stand only on clear tiles (dont stand on any other people) since then the borrower wont be able to see u and wont know which character on that tile is lending the Fury). 4) While repeatedly saying that line, make sure your chat window is set on 'trade' tab and not 'public', or anything else, since that at W2, theres alot of traffic and u wont see a trade option fast enough when on 'public' mode. 5) After a few mins (2 - 5 mins if u're lucky, and over 30 mins if not), u'll see the money-making pink line which says ' wishes to trade with you'. Click it and put yr Fury on the LEND items (dont get confused and put it on the regular sellable items window!). From here u wait. He'll put money on his side of the window and u'll set the time for the lent item accordingly. Note that many noobs r just trading u for "WOW U HAVE A FURY! OMG!" and then run away.. annoying as it may be. just keep saying the 'lending fury 25k-hr' line till u meet a genuine borrower. 6) When finally a decent player is putting money on the table, adjust the time on the Fury being lent to his money (E.G - for 20k u put 1 hour, 120K = 6 hours, 400K = 20 hours.. and so on). NOTE: If it takes too much time to find some1, then perhaps your offer is too high for the crowd near u at the moment. Reduce the price to 15K and then try to lend again. -------- With this method u'll gain alot of money, but be aware that u 1st need to cover up the amount of cash u spent on the item itself, unless ur'e planning to sell the item after a few lendings. U may cover up the price for a fury in like 2 weeks. Also note that with more expensive items there r usually higher amounts of lending prices, for example, if u chose to buy and lend dragon claws, u'll lose more money while buying it, but u'll have the opportunity to lend at higher prices as up to 50k an hour! This is all up to u. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 8) Sets Merching - $$$$$ The best thing on this method is that it can give greater amounts of money in a shorter period of time comparing to the item lending method, altho u're gonna work abit harder to accomplish that. The point of this method is simple: Buy in parts, exchange into set, and then sell it for higher price. Each set costs more then its total components, but some of the sets have a very high price difference between them and their components. My most favourite set to merch with is the Dwarf Multicannon set, since it doesnt take much money to put as offer comparing to higher lvl'd items, and its very popular to be sold. Here is an updated (to 23rd October, 11') ge price for all the parts: Cannon Stand, Furnace and Barrel - 174.5k each Cannon Base - 175.3k The price of all the parts together is 698.8k The price of an entire cannon set is 760.7k Your clean cut from 1 'cannon deal' is 61.9k Now instead of putting 1 offer per 1 item on ge, u put like 10 from each cannon part, u'll make 10 sets, giving u 619k clean cut, and all this without making a step! Lets try a different item set, which costs more... Guthan's set: Here r the updated (to 23rd October, 11') prices for its parts: Guthan's Chainskirt - 233.1k Guthan's Helm - 288.1k Guthan's Platebody - 250.6k Guthan's Warspear - 203.8k All together - 975.6k Set's price - 1.1M Price dif. (your clean cut) - 124.6k Now lets take this method into higher gear! For those who have a decent smithing lvl, u can buy the broken parts of the Barrows Bros., fix them at your own house or a friend's house with lower amount of money, and then make it as a set and finally sell the set. The price u pay per fix is described like this: Half of your smithing lvl is the precentage being reduced by the total amount of the fixed price. For example, im lvl 80 smithing, Half of it is the precentage i'll get a discount on, meaning 40%. So if the general fix price is 100k, i'll pay 60k instead. Lets put an example of a broken set which needs to be fixed (updated prices for 23rd October, 11'): Dharok's Greataxe 0 - 534.1k - Fix price - 100k (i'll pay only 60k) Dharok's Helm 0 - 1.4M - Fix price - 60k (i'll pay only 36k) Dharok's Platebody 0 - 460.3k - Fix price - 90k (i'll pay only 54k) Dharok's Platelegs 0 - 661.5k - Fix price - 80k (i'll pay only 48k) * Those fix prices r the prices u'll have to pay to an NPC (which is like repairing yourself if u have lvl 1 smithing), and r the same for each of the Barrows Bros. All broken Drarok's items together - 3,055k Fixing all those items will cost me additional 198k All fixed Dharok's items together - 3,253k Dharok's Full set - 3.6Mk Price dif. (your clean cut) - 347k Again, this is only for 1 set being fixed, u may put more then 1 offer on ge for each item and for that multiplying your profit. Its all determined by your smithing level. Note that each level above 1 will give u a discount comparing to the NPC fixers, altho the higher, the better! More items to think about when doing this method are blessed sets and trimmed (t)\(g) sets. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 9) Killing for Money - varies depending on yr cb stats As simple as it sound, i'll give here a few monsters that r worthy to kill for their drops. Note that i wont conclude boss monsters like GWD\Revenants and others, since they're all have the potential risk of dieing and rarity of their drops. 1 - Dragon Bones As for now, they're 1 of the best ways of money making via monster killing since each drop they give at least 3k cash in worth of bones. Going into the Chaos dungeon in wildy is not a good idea since the good gear may stay in your bank (u're passing wildy after all, and i almost got pk'ed going there). For most of us, the blue dragons r not a hard job killing, they're lvl 111 only and with a super set they should be an easier kill. Note that i'd recommend using the prayer method on them so take high prayer bonus armor. What shall u bring from bank: * Dusty key (unless u can use the agil shortcut to reach them - 70 Agility needed) * 2 Prayer potions * 2 Antifire potions * A super set (1 super attack and super strenght potion) * BoB (highly recommended for better trips) * Proselyte\monk set for prayer boosting * Anti-dragon shield\Dragonfire Shield * Weapon should be a whip for very fast kills plus a Dragon Dagger P++ for its special attack * Other boosters like Ring of Wealth + Glory\Fury ammy + regen bracelet\barrows gloves * Neithiznot Helm * Fally teletab Note that u need to be alert after killing a dragon, its like a competition of who clicks faster on the next dragon. Having a cb lvl of 111 and above means u dont need to right click on them so it takes u less time then low lvl'd players. Also note that some of the dragon's drops may have higher worth than the bones, so price check accordingly. Besides bones, look up for effigies and clue scrolls. After making a full inv of bones, tele back to Fally and head to the west bank. Put all bones inside and refresh your pot supply for the next trip. Dont forget to check that u have all the items above for better trips! is a bummer to go all the way to lesser demons without having the dusty key on u. =[ (in that case, kill the jailer guard and get jail key, then get inside the jail and talk to the man inside, he'll give u the dusty key after a small conversation). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 - Living Rocks Living rocks can be found only inside the 'Living Rock Cavern' which is inside the Dwarven Mine underground complex. To get there its best to leave from the Fally east bank into the mining guild (requires 60 mining to reach this way - if u dont have 60 mining, reach the cave from the ice mountain entrance), then heading north till reaching a rope slope to the left. Climb down and u're there. The best thing on this mehtod is that almost all their drops r stackable\noted which makes trips irrelevant, But regardless, there is a bank deposit option inside the cavern. The best way to kill them is with prayer, so take prayer related armor and prayer pots and the strongest wepon u have (whip works good too, altho crush wepon is advised). The creatures r either lvl 120 or 140, the 140's can range u but only if u run away from them. Assuming u melee them all, melee protection is all that matters (and u wont take damage at all). Make sure u have enough prayer pots with u as u'll stay a long time there, also take ring of wealth since thay can drop effigy. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 - Fiyr Shades As explained in the sacred oil method, the reason u're not cremating Fiyr remains is because they r too expensive to buy from ge. For now (24th Oct. 11'), Fiyr remains costs around 5k each, to get them u need to kill a Fiyr shadow (lvl 120), which r located in the deepest areas of the shade catacombs, to reach it u need a silver or gold key (no matter which loop color). U can get a key by cremating asyn or fiyr shades with their corresponding pyre logs (this whole method is explained on the 'sacred oil' section). When u get a silver key, get a super set (advised to take 2 doses from each super att, and str. Super def is no needed since u'll be using prayer), 2 full prayer pots and a Beast of Burden is advised. Nothing much to say about this, just kill them and bank yr loot over and over (if u have unlocked the Burgh de Rott shortcut from the games necklace teleport, use it to bank quicker, or with using the Drakan's Medallion if u completed the Branches of Darkmeyer quest). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 - Aberrant Spectre Those creatures require 60 slayer and r located both on the slayer tower in Caniffis and on the slayer dungeon in Pollnivneach. The better place among the 2 is the slayer tower of course, since its much closer to the bank. Even not as a slayer task, they require to wield a nosepeg AT ALL TIMES since if not wearing a nose peg, they'll reduce your stats, just like basilisks do without a mirror shield. The Spectres have an amazing rate of herbs drop (95% of their drops are grimy herbs), and among the herbs, around 50% of them r high valued. Spectres hit with mage attacks only, so its advised to either use d'hide armor on them or using the prayer option with proselyte and whatever u have on bank to decrease prayer drain (prayer is the better method, in my opinion). Spectres have a rationally low defence for their combat lvl (96), so they should be an easy kill. Take those following items with u: * Nosepeg or Slayer Helmet is a MUST ! * Dragonhide body and chaps or Proselyte armor * Obsidian cape or any god cape (for prayer bonus) * Abyssal Whip and Dragon Dagger P++ for its special attack * Dragon defender \ any good shield * Super Attack and Super Strenght potions * A BoB is highly advised since 90% of their drops arent stackable * Dragon Boots * Ring of Wealth + Amulet of Fury\Glory + Regen Bracelet\barrows gloves
  12. That's actually not a bad suggestion for someone looking to make money easily and quickly. (Assuming that it's correct, of course.) Its all true. i found it while cooking at den (best place to cook), for 2 weeks from 81 - 99 cook i got 2.3m cash worth of lockpicks from this place. so yes.. worth it.
  13. Not rly related, but if u wanna make money while doing somehitng that needs u to be at the bank non stop (alching, herbing, crafting, fletching, etc..), the BEST place to do it is in the Rogue's Den. This is because u can trade the thieving master, Martin Thwait, to buy lockpicks from him (20gp ea) they r being sold at around 1.2k ea at ge.. I made millions that way while getting 99 cook at den. U only need 50 agil and thieving to buy them, and u alrdy have it.
  14. Yeah well, tip it said the same. Crossing fingers for some good news. :ohnoes:
  15. It is verified both by Tip It and Runescape Wiki that u can get them back. thats y im so frustrating. lol.. I only want to take a pic for the rs forums with the monocle, would be a beast since its rare face =]. If only i could turn back time... ='[
