I just recently got back into this game due to extreme boredom in my real life (not really exciting in my town :( ). Since iron ore prices have gone up a lot, I'm going to be mining them to 42 mining from 15. My question is: where is the best place to mine iron then bank it, with the spot being safe?

I've been having large spikes in my game, making me change worlds because of the ping being so bad.

What's the best non-degradeable armor in F2P AND I want to make quite a bit of money before members, so I was thinking iron + clay, since all it really requires is 15 mining. Any other ways?

What's in bold is what I'm trying to do right now. I wanna have noncombat statsu to 35+, combat stats 40+, and a decent amount of cash before I even think about trying to start members. Oh, and I want to do most of the F2P quests.
