I don't see fit as they're a RWT'er. If it's their game, they do hold sole right to make any type of monetary gain from it. This term can only be directly expressed toward any outsiders, as recently updated, that have intentions to gain money off a Jagex product. As in terms of Gambling, Squeal of Fortune is no where near anything that can be judged as gambling. When you're playing it, you NEVER receive nothing in return. Seeing as you're rewarded something for your efforts, it ultimately serves as a prize. If you were to legitimately gamble, you're up against the odds of losing whatever you were staking. Just because you're given something that doesn't have some sort of interesting/valuable sense to it, doesn't mean you lose. It is strictly set at probability, you can't rig it so that you're always going to lose, and you can't set it to where you're always going to win.
