To my knowledge your level only effects your accuracy. As for what to wear, it depends on what you are attacking. I like to use it in the stronghold of security under gunnars grund... there I wear mixed rune/dragon plate armor and a dragon long sword set to lunge... this way you train all combat skills at once. (except mage)

It says its not powered but it should be... WTF!!!!!?????????? "Nothing happens perhapse if it was powered" can I not see my own image?? it says "posted image"????
