If an account were to get 1-99 RC at RuneSpan and never leave, having stockpiled a ton of runes for transporation and 170k+ essence be more efficient to 200m or would it still be worth it to leave and get Master RC?

What's the best level to start hunting at? How many seeds should be stockpiled and of what kind? My main interests are catching Draconics as well as being able to make as many juju farming potions as possible. Thanks in advance.
