This error occurs with the client at times. I think It's a JAVA error, however I'll happily be proven wrong as I'm not certain, at all. Try updating your Java to the latest version.
  2. Have a look on your installed programs. Sometimes Java likes to install the latest version without removing the previous one. If you have previous versions be sure to uninstall them also. It's probably a good idea to clean your system registry and all it's temporary files too, that easily build up with simple use. A great free program for this is called 'CCleaner' You simply install the program and click 'Run' Let us know :) Thanks.

Yeah, something will have gone wrong your end. Hopefully there wasn't some important information you was storing up :( Sorry about that. But hey, Now we know to look at making it a little more secure in the future :)

I think you got ahead of yourself when reading the features on your brand new iPad. You can play Runescape on an iPad if you're willing to Jailbreak it, which i neither promote or assist with :P

The DevTeam are looking into many things at the moment, A lot of man hours are needed atm to update all the EOC items. Give us time and you'll be greatly rewarded my friend :)
  6. The update may have unintentionally changed the folder that Swiftkit saves your ScreenCaps to... Meaning when you navigate to where you think they are, they wont be there :( You can check where you pictures are being saved to by going to:- View > Settings > Screenshots. The path of your Screen Caps will be the top option :)
