Wow. That skele mage info is definitely a shocker. I'm already proficient in nullifying up to two incoming attack styles at different timings while flashing piety but safestepping is something I should work on a bit.
Are there any decent resources on this subject? I haven't really found much clear information with regards to gd procedure other than target priority for different roles.

15gp/xp and 20gp/xp are pretty significantly different.

If you're stuck on which is the best, get Reverence.

You don't lose the ability to make exts and ovls after achieving your level targets. If the money used on untradeables could be spent on increasing your wealth in the period between making the pots and exhausting them, you have failed. Any further money made sunk into untradeables, when made on demand, is returned in the short term rather than stagnating in the bank so the costs are easier to justify.

I have a 2h and a prom plate bound. I have not yet found a hood and will bind that asap. In the interim, do I have permission to replace the plate with a prom rapier to perform the only job that an unhooded can perform optimally slightly better?

Ecto is more expensive than altaring. You lose time which can be spent making money.

Whether or not someone's purely training magic is irrelevant because pure magic training will involve stun-alch chains. Pure alching is nothing other than pointless.

If you're going to alch, do it while doing something else. High alch is an incredible training spell that everyone uses incorrectly by bankstanding with it. I personally like to alch while slaying or barbarian fishing, alching the fish.

Replace Torag's plate with Verac's brassard if you have low def or prossy top. This only applies if you have 70 prayer. If not, get 70 prayer.

That was simply one of the most efficient orders in which to spend your money. Just wiki the items to find out why they've been picked. Until proselyte and slayer helm, you'll be wearing runite with a berserker helm/black mask.

You just made someone waste 2m on a useless armour set because you didn't put the effort into explaining yourself, provided you understand the situation at all which I doubt.
Sell Torag's immediately and follow my advice if you're interested in efficiency. If not, go buy a granite body, D legs and D med.

No no no no no. Why did you do that instead of listening to me? That advice is terrible. You don't need more defence than what prossy/Verac's offers anywhere. Torag's set is utterly useless in that you're sacrificing all prayer bonuses for way more def than you need.

Can someone confirm that it's only based on enemies being attacked and not both enemies being attacked and enemies attacking you?

I was under the impression of chaotic degrade being based on the number of enemies in combat with you rather than ones that you are actively attacking.

They're not treated normally with regards to combat state in every other way so I'm wondering if this is any different.

I keep hearing about prayers boosting ranged strength. Can anyone confirm this and let me know if pots also boost ranged strength?

Only if you're past an earnings threshold which isn't practical for most players with the economy in the state it is at the moment.
