It would seem to me that Jagex could easily use the prestige to add xp to your exsisting xp. In other words: 99 would be 13031536 or whatever the hell it is. When you prestige your xp would then become whatever it was when you prestiged + your new value. Thus if a player such as Paperbag above went to prestige one of his 200m stats it would then be 200M+ whatever the new value was. This would keep the integrity of the highscore stats (no one with less xp would be higher than someone with more), but it would also allow someone else to over take higher ranked players eventually. I also think that Jagex would need to give the appropiate number of prestige points to those with 200m in a stat. When the update releases if a player decided to prestige with 200m in a stat, their prestige would be whatever it would be if they had prestiged at level 99 every time. So prestige 1 would reduce the total xp by 13m xp, prestige 2 would reduce it by 26m, 3rd would be 39 and this would go on till their xp was below whatever that prestige levels 99 would be and they could then proceed with the prestige from there. I think this would help not alienating those that have given much to this game already. A player with 200m in a stat would then be Prestige 4 and have 17517966 xp towards the Prestige 5 value of 78m. And in fear of being wrong with those values, please give me a break.

So the only weapons that I need are MH Drygore Mace for the prayer bonus (does this affect dps otherwise?), a OH Drygore Longsword, a choatic staff or virtus wand, and no range equipment. For armor all I need is Torva or Bandos with no need of mage/range gear?

I have been a long time player but have kind of fallen by the wayside since the EOC update. Not that I have a problem with it or anything, just cannot seem to understand what is best or how things work. With that in mind, I have reached a point where I would really like to approach the daunting task of 99 slayer. Although it is not too far off, my lack of knowledge in combat these days has left no desire to pursue it. With that in mind, I turn to the best place I can think of: Tip.it. How on earth does one decide what armor to wear and when? What is the best armor outside of the uber expensive armors that I should use when slaying in all three sides of the combat triangle? A typical "Slayer Helm>Helm of Nezinot>Dragon Full Helm" format would be amazing if not too much to ask. How does one cycle and choose which actions that should be used on the action bar? This is a huge area for me after the gear because I may just bite the bullet and use momentum if I cannot figure out how to cycle. Either way I would greatly appreciate any help. My stats are all 95+ and I have around 500m in the bank. I also own Superior for all Ports gear, Duel Drygore Longswords, have around 400k dungeoneering tokens, CLS, CR... and anything else I need to answer I can. Although you can just assume that if it is a quest reward or mini-game item, I have it. Outside of MA because well let us face it, boosting that sucks.
