Good news! I got one of my characters back. I feel like I've lost gear, but it has been so long I could easily have sold the gear I thought I still had :P But I am so happy! Thank you very much.

Brilliant, thank you! I'll see if I can find any details from e-mails that will help me then... Fingers crossed, all though I'll still play again, it would be nice to go back to an old character :D

This forum said to post ALL questions so I hope my one is OK here! I haven't played since around 2004 and with that being a whopping 10 years, I have forgotten passwords etc. Tried doing the recovery by email option but I have no idea if I ever put an e-mail onto anything back then. I can't think of any possible way of asking Jagex if my 2 characters are still around for me to access or if they were deleted without having all the relevant details (passwords, recovery questions etc) Is there any chance my characters haven't been deleted? Or should I just give up trying and carry on playing this new one? One character had a membership but the other sadly never did but they were both a lot better levelled and geared and both had much better names :P any help would be appreciated (even if it is to say I have no hope of finding them) Oh, both names are unavailable when starting a new character so I know they are at least used...but no idea by who!
