  1. cant get on to runescape

    i just make a new runescape account after not playing the game for like 4 years, and i cant play. I downloaded the game and got the shortcut after i make my new account, but when i went onto the shortcut it loaded and everything but then it had a button that says auto setup so i clicked it and then the shortcut just disappears and does nothing. i tried it like 1000 times but it never works i don't know what to do. help me D: i really want to play the game again i tried holding down s doesn't work. and 1 more thing the whole tab disappears and i'm going to try to make a video somehow
