May 26, 201511 yr i just make a new runescape account after not playing the game for like 4 years, and i cant play. I downloaded the game and got the shortcut after i make my new account, but when i went onto the shortcut it loaded and everything but then it had a button that says auto setup so i clicked it and then the shortcut just disappears and does nothing. i tried it like 1000 times but it never works i don't know what to do. help me D: i really want to play the game again i tried holding down s doesn't work. and 1 more thing the whole tab disappears and i'm going to try to make a video somehow
May 26, 201511 yr Try holding down 'S' while it loads to force Safe Mode - maybe that will help? You may be able to change the settings afterward if you can log in that way. Best thing you could try is remove the launcer from "Program and Features" and re-download here: http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/RuneScape_ClientEDIT: Also what OS do you use?
