RuneScape Information

  1. I've always been really afraid of slayer. Probably because I'm an old 04 player, who played for years as a freebie, so slayer was always intimidating. I may try it, though, sicne everyone says it's so good. Also, I'm trying to decide between osrs and rs3 withl egacy combat (I will not use macrod abilities. I don't see runescape as that kind of game). I loooved runescape back in 07, but I feel like I'll be missing out on a lot of things if I don't play rs3, like quests and what not.
  2. Thhat's really disappointing. It's always so much easier for me to level when I have a set definitive goal. 13 cockroach warriors, rather than grinding cockroaches for an unknown abmount of time until I level, sort of as an example/
  3. So, everyone kept telling me that Swiftkit was this amazing tool thatm ade leveling a lot easier, because it told you how many of what to kill/do, and where to go and do it. and yet, when I try to do that, not only do I have to logout constantly ot get an accurate count of how many arel eft to kill (since it doesnt seem to keep track of how many I killed automatically) and I have to relog again with every single level up, since it seems incapable of keeping track of such things by itself. So, am I missing something, or were people just exaggerating? Because as it is, it's little better than reading the runescape training guides on the wiki. Edit: It also seems to be incredibly outdated. I'm playing RS3 on the latest version. It still says rockgrabs are level 3, when they're 75 now, and that crayfish dont exist, only shrimp. I have to be missing something.
