the 2 elfes that changes between 2 places only recgarge tele crystals and sel new crystal bows and and crystal shiedls but they dont recharge old crystal bows :(

it degrades after 300 cannonballs i think you just have to speak to the dwarf who you get the mould off to get it repaired ive heard when you use it in monkey madness it gets destroyed im not too sure if its destroyed and you dont see it again though

 

 

 

mine never degraded shot mroe then 20k balls with it
