    I've had the problem too, and whats really freaky is if you look at your system clock when its doing it. I was off one time by as much as 5 mins after playing. Rumor had it, there was something with Java that was making it act stupid.

    I've been having similar problems. I use the Runescape downloaded client and i've noticed that when some banner ads change, 1)they dont show up and just the little ID number is there and 2) sometimes it will cause jerky lag. If i close out and restart the program(or even just sign out to main menu), it works fine. Also i get errors now and then about asking me if i want to debug them: Runtime Error has occured. Do you wish to Debug? Line:39 Error:Expected hexadecimal digit Any clues?
