whats Graphics Gale for a program, is it freeware or something

this is what i have now: 1. Added the lava lake thingie 2. Changed the Wizard's feed. But the shading is hard, can someoen give me some suggestions for that? Icky

i don't know what to put on the mountains, and it would be a miniscule work, because the mountains are so far away but thanks for the suggestions:) isnt pixeling ALL miniscule? but its nice :)
