    Several people have already stated in this thread that Jagex is only concerned with money and are really not equipped to deal with customer service in a professional way due to many reasons. The bottom line is that the only real way to get them to change is to impact their bottom line. That being said, I am proud to say I walk the talk and have been a F2P player for close to 6 months now.
