I think if you lock it, it says other players arent allowed in, im sure you wouldnt lock yourself out.

What do I need to do first? Talk to estate agent and buy a house.
What equipment do I need to get right away? Planks (from spawns, or give a log and 100gp to Sawmill Bloke. Hammer. Saw.
What tips can you give me to start? Build Benches/Chairs and destroy them, keep repeating.
Free saw plz? These can be bought from Sawmill Bloke for around 55gp i believe.
I am Level 1 Construction, i am harvesting Oak ATM. So i dont know much else, lol.

Well, i think people should be allowed to turn to Euthanasia if they (or whom-so-ever has been appointed to make their decisions for them, because the person cannot communicate their own decisions) feel it is the right thing to do.

I dont know if there is a safespot, but i could stay there for a while on my pure with only 1 defence.
You shouldnt have much trouble just ranging them.

Ogres in King Lathas' training ground.
Need to do: Plague City and Biohazard to enter.

You wear all your armour, and repeatedly cast curse failing every time.
You still get the XP for failing a spell.
So you can use curse over and over, getting the XP because you fail it.
I believe curse is around 29xp, and it only costs 20gp (or 10gp if you have a mud staff) to cast and get this XP.

Even if the rumour was true (which it isnt).
I would still get a PS3, as it is far better than a WII.
It wouldn't have affected me, as i dont buy second hand games anyway.

I wonder why Mahogany is so different...
It could offer many more benefits than Teak.
Teak could make the lower-levelled items in Construction, whereas Mahogany offers higher-levelled items.
For example, Teak could be the willow, to Mahogany being Magic (in terms of fletching/woodcutting.

Oooh, reminds me of the old days with certs and the like.
You had to buy bowstrings in loads of 12, argh.
Well, could be that Jagex are trying to stop this skill being buyable.
My guess is all the people seriously planning to level this (all the skillers) are going to cut 100K+ of these logs, for themselves (or as many as they can) during the build up to the new skill.

EDIT: Also, can i inquire whether or not you have to do the new Quest to be able to cut Teak and Mahogany there and bank it, or can you just do all the bits up to the point when you are on the island and do it?

Cant wait until people can craft Blood and Soul runes.
Drop in price for both of these, making for good training using a Mud Staff (using the high level weakens).
Using Fire Wave etc. will also be more xp per gp.

There was a picture of something like this in a newspaper a year or so ago.
It was a coat and hat developed by someone, which had hundreds of tiny cameras on all surfaces, projecting images to a different part of the coat/hat.
It was especially effective in darker areas, so i suppose this type of technology would be mainly employed out of daylight hours.

Melee, just wear:
Rune Scimitar
Diamond Amulet
Rune Large, Plate, Legs and Kite.
Green Dragonhide Vambraces
In inventory take:
1 Strength Potion (4)
Rune Two-Handed Sword
26 Lobsters
Mage, just wear:
Fire Staff
Sapphire Amulet
Wizard Hat and Robe
Monk Bottom (small prayer bonus)
In inventory take:
(x) fire runes, (4x) air runes. Bind runes.
Lobsters.
Just attack who your group attacks, and stay in the middle of the pack,
remember to pot, and use your prayer wisely (ie. when a lucky hit is needed, or when you are almost out of food).

The formula from Mage XP is:
MageExp = BaseExp + 2*HitDone
The Hit done is roughly Half your Max Damage (7.5 with gaunts, 6 without).
So the formula is for you using fire bolt would be:
Mage XP = 22.5 + (2*7.5)
Mage XP = 22.5 + (15)
Mage XP = 37.5

How much money do you have right now.
Its 500-1000K an hour buying deaths (from shop) and selling them.
Make sure to buy in 1000s. You get an average profit of 93gp per death rune.

You complain about 2, yet you have no problems getting it up another 2?
Just leave it at 5, only def level worth it is 20.

Suggestion One: Fire Giants
Pros:
Many fun people to hang out with.
Good HP (several casts on one monster).
Many alch-worthy drops, keeping you entertained.
Many NPCs to go around (there are two rooms, you will always have a few Fire Giants to yourself)
A table can be used to block them, and the door provides a good safespot also.
Possible Dragon Drops
Cons:
Boring, sitting behind a table, gawping at a large red man with daft hair is not fun.
Requires quest to enter (The Waterfall Quest).

Suggestion Two: Black Demons
Pros:
Never crowded (even at peak times).
Alot of alch-able drops (Rune Chains etc)
Prospect of Dragon Drops.
No quest to enter their lair.
Many safe spots which can be used.
High HP (many casts on same monster).
Next to Blue Dragons, if you fancy a change.
Cons:
Far from a bank.
Danger on approach (Blue Dragons)

dont forget mages dont have special attacks, rnage has mage shorts and long, melle have all drag weps, mages have none *stiring it up is fun :twisted: *
The range special attack is absolutely rubbish these days, you can't even get two from a full special bar.
If they add a Mage Special, it will probably be the same as the Magic Shortbow special attack (well, using over 1/2 of the special bar).

Skills would be good, so they could be pumped out.
But they should be tradable weapons. Not just you can make a bow at level 90 fletching from a mysterious tree located somewhere, or pull up an ancient sword from the depths at level 85 fishing.
Monster drops wouldn't be too bad either.

Nice bug.
black pure :lol: really comes in handy with 10 def vs rune scimmy and other rangers in wildy :twisted:It really doesn't, it just means you loose around 5 strength and hp levels.

Cmon with that level 60 and show us the thrones.
Just a few quick questions:
How much money have you spent, roughly, to get to the level you have achieved so far?
Any quick tips on raising Construction?
