The day this comes out is going to be the same day that thousands of videos on youtube are uploaded with pictures of the damage they did to their TV's by playing FIFA #-o.
Also anyone else think that the thing that talks back to you has no real use unless you're lonely (I mean never come out of the house cat lady lonely)

I really wonder if it's going to work. I doubt it since RS is a grindfest and you can't exactly go on yYoutube or Tip.It while you're playing your console unless you have a laptop or you get up and leave.

There's no official prices yet tho, only rumours. But shouldn't take long before we get that too.
Home Premium is the one i'll buy, since my cpu (e4500) lacks support of virtualization, and i don't plan to buy a new cpu for a while. Hopefully i can save up some money during the summer so i'll get it early, been on XP for a few years now lol.
FINALLY! My computer got messed up and I've been using my old Win 98 700 mhz 256 mb ram computer waiting for 7 to come out to buy a new laptop.

Unless you guys are just talking about a future possibility, have any of you noticed the fact that this IS A BIG DEAL, and Jagex would not announce it in a clan chat. And the fact that Mark enjoys to joke around should be accounted for as well.
You're forgetting the fact that it's a prototype, it might be years before we even see it and they probably don't want to jump the gun like they did for Mobilizing Armies.

f-f-f-f-flashback! Didn't you, or someone else, post pretty much this exact scenario (except minust the store incident) about a year or so ago? Everyone pretty much said kick the mother to the curb. So re-follow that past advice for your future self now in the present.
And darksonic: that's what we call "passive-aggressive" and is being a spineless [bleep]. Confront him directly, it's the only manly way to do things.
Seems we got ourselves an internet tough guy :wall:. If every problem was solved that easily would he really have had to make this thread? He wants some ideas on what to do that are alternatives to the one hardwired into us. And like I said, if he goes and kicks the guys [wagon] you think his friend is going to sit there and take it? You think he won't want revenge?
Also I'm wondering if you follow your own advice, beat the [cabbage] out of everyone that does something wrong? You'd end up in jail. Have fun playing RS with Bubba from D block breathing down your neck.

Here's a couple of tips:
Work your [wagon] off at the beginning of the semester and you can relax a bit during the middle.
When something is sucking your grade lower then a 65 you need to make sure to get rid of it.
Ask your teachers if you can do some extra credit (Most of the times the extra credit they might give you won't be worth the grade but do it anyways, it adds up)
Your average is about 76 or something so you're not in too much trouble... yet.
EDIT: And DO NOT play World of Warcraft. You might think I'm joking when I say it steals your soul but I'm not. If you got that addicted to a game like Maplestory... Let's just say WoW would be like drugs.

You can be nice AND stop him from mooching in 1 easy phone call.
1. Hide your game console
2. Claim something is wrong with it when he asks to play
[You can change this part into "my parents grounded me, someone's borrowing it, etc]
3. Keep it hidden until he stops hanging out with you
Or you could be really blunt and confront him, but if he's like you said it would probably end in violence.

I actually agree that Jagex needs to change mining. It being random with levels not really influencing who gets the ore just seems... dumb.

I agree they should have done something with the other bosses but the Ourg bones are a good thing. Jagex has a lot of things that offer something 'slightly' better but it costs a lot more then the normal things. It's good that they're doing this to try to get some items more in circulation even if it's something this small.

First, try ending the Mozilla task with Ctrl + Alt + Delete and try reopening
if that doesn't work then try restarting your computer and starting firefox
if THAT doesn't work then
Try loading it up in safe mode
Start > Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Firefox (Safe Mode)
If it works like that then it could be an add on or Plugin you downloaded.

I would do scans with your antivirus and anti-spyware, it could likely be the cause of your problems.
Also, msconfig is a good utility if you go to the startup tab to choose the files that load or not when you start the computer.
Also, try loading it up in safe mode and see if there's any difference. If there's a massive difference you should do what sbrideau said and scan for viruses and delete some startup programs.

Some random guy posted information that contradicts what Jagex said about THEIR game without doing any serious testing and even though people post these threads once or twice every month and they get paid barely any attention to them he feels that he's had a complete breakthrough on the game and it won't ever be the same again for us knowing we've been paying them $6 for LIES and we'll realize that we've been lied to all this time about a ring that was supposed to give us a bit more luck?
I'm sorry if I sounded a bit harsh but people post this same stupid topic every couple of weeks and every time they get this same reaction I'm giving them.
Either that or MMG doesn't believe we should have moneymaking rings.

Most higher level members just use Tireless run and seeing how bards will only be in select places... I don't see it being all that useful for P2P.

Yeah, make sure that if it needs the mac address you put it in or else it will be connected but won't give you internet.

Wow, nostalgia. I've actually not really done anything pokemon related since 3rd grade but I remember wanting a pokemon world where you can interact with players and pokemon like this. My 3rd grade prayers have been answered.
EDIT: Been skimming their forums and I just realized how big of a undertaking this is. I'll be surprised if this game is ready by the end of this year.
