In order to get a trimmed 99 skill cape, can the quest cape be used to supplement it or do i need 2 lvl 99 skills?

no it isnt ruining my gaming experience, well actually it is a bit cuz it makes it awkward to run where i want to. But my main point is that it is ub3r r3tart3d to have a minimap point nw when the regular map points north. lol....did i say i could do better? I mean not saying i can't, it seems like a pretty easy thing to fix with a bit more java experience, but it just goes to show that in the whole headquarters of jagex where they have a bunch of pro java coders, not one of them will take two seconds to improve the basic structure of the game. Instead they are dreaming up new ways to keep members attracted like the new minigame comin out. thats a big paradox that ur completely oblivious to....ur saying its no big deal about the crappy graphics, then u say ur only complaint about rs is the graphics....

i got the crystal bow and charged it like 7 times now, so its at lowest cost. Will the sheild also be at low cost or will it like 720k or watever it is

i know clues are random, all drops from any monster is random (dicluding bones, ashes). There is know predetermined drop for any monster (again disclude bones ashes etc.). Also there are no degrees of randomness, either it is or it isn't. There is a degree of probability though if thats what u mean, that they are rare. Is it ever possible this is a glitch or bug in the system? edit: nvm just got a lvl 1 from ham member

ok yesterday i got a lvl 3 clue from ankous, did it and when i git the coordinates sumwhere on karamja i went there and killed the saradomin guy. I had 6 hp left when he died (stonger than i expected), and didnt realize i was poisoned. So i then died and lost my clue, sextant, watch, navigation map, and other stuff.... So then ive been tryin to get another clue at ankous for like 4 hours, and nothing. Normally id get a clue in about a half hour. I think theres something wrong like i need to recover my previous clue somehow. When i died, i didnt dig up the casket or anything, but i had killed the saraadomin guy. So i thought maybe if i got back and dig where i was supposed to, but nothing happened. I went to the last person involved with the clue which was the examiner, but nothing. The only thing i didnt check would be the observatory proffesor and the ppl i got sextant and watch from, and i dont think they would have it... what the heck do i do im so aggravated

could i drop my clue then get another and then pick both up?

like go to jellies and kill 2 and get 2 clues without dropping the first one?

So far I've killed 86 drags and no d med, skirt, legs or sheild. I've heard people say its around 1 in 250 kills for the legs/skirt....

Oh yea and a teleport crystal in place of 1 anti pot. So anything i should change?
