bad background no shades no charackters faces badly made fire just start with good background making then shade and the charackters and other objects thats quite bad

Need little help Some ppl who can make siqnatures very well then plz just make one for me. I want something like that: Runescape user on that with drag. chain ,drag legs ,red p hat and maul behind that user like dragons or demons 2 or 1. and under pic name: coolwend (text style and effects choos yourself) i will be very thankful if somebody makes me that!!
