Have you done Stolen Hearts and Diamond in the rough? They replaced Prince Ali rescue, so that may be why you can't do the Curse of Arrav.

[Elite desert task speculation?]

89 crafting was mentioned in the behind the scenes. What could that be that relates to the desert area? Making a potion flask or crafting royal chaps don't really have anything to do with the desert, or am I missing something?

Does anyone know precisely how resource multipliers are calculated?

I sent a ship out earlier for 40 bamboo with Fortune of the Sea, 10% bonus from Warehouse and a Trader for 20%. It gave me 57 bamboo.

 

I calculated this means ROUND_DOWN(ROUND_DOWN(ROUND_DOWN(BASE*BOOST)*BOOST)*BOOST) (Or each step rounded down for ease). But does in which order the multipliers are applied?

 

It does it additively, rather than multiplicatively:

 

40 + 40*0.1 + 40*0.2 + 40*0.1 = 56

 

Not quite 57 for some reason though...

What browser are you using (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc)?

 

If you could answer that, it might help in sorting it out for you.

A bug with the god statues D&D, a handful or so got 200m con exp today, and a fair few got lesser amounts too.

I wouldn't say so nearly all runetrackers records are insane thanks to f2p no hiscore and/or account creation causing 'gains' from 0xp to w/e ur current xp is.

"Haxunit Net" gained 200m Construction xp today. Also, http://www.reddit.co...tion_dd_update/

 

Haxunit also joined tracking today if you look at his profile, which suggests tht 198m is his entire xp being added opposed to true gains for the day; don't get me wrong it may be a bug; but the way runetracker profiles work make high records far too common to be indicative of a bug on their own.

 

True, something like this would be more proof it was a bug.

thanks for the submission. I've just checked ingame and it appears that Darkness of Hallowvale is not a requirement for Legends' quest.

 

It doesn't state it in the quest journal, and I have an account that completed the quest earlier this year without having done that quest:

I'm more wondering what will happen to the HLF. Those who were close to maxed wouldn't be counted in anymore. And what about the people we can access the HLF now =/

 

When dungeoneering came out, those people who were already maxed kept their access. But to gain access afterwards, they needed 99 dungeoneering.

Depends on how you personally view the extra spins, runecoins, and cosmetic crap.

 

Also depends on if you pay the normal rate or a cheaper grandfathered rate too.

 

I pay the normal rate, so it's actually cheaper for me. You'd have to see how much more expensive it is, and then ask whether you'd pay that extra amount for all those cosmetics, guaranteed beta access, 2k runecoins and an entry into a prize draw to Jagex HQ.

Ok, new question then. How do you unlock new regions? I've done several voyages today, with no significant progress at all. :<

 

I assumed when the next zone reaches 100% we'd get a new region, so keep doing voyages is my plan.

Earlier this year, Jagex actually changed thieving stall exp from 16 exp to 160 exp, so it was actually overlooked in the calculator :(. We made the change to the thieving guide at the time, but missed this so thanks for the heads up.

 

I've made the fix to the calculator and the planner too.

Would it be possible to post the stats of the items now?
