Where would a good place to begin to learn how to code?

When I play the recordings I had made on my computer there is always a static noise in the background, and it's kind of lound and irritating. I've tried new mics and nothing works, so I guess it's my computer's problem, what can I do to remove the annyoing static sounds? Buy a new sound card?

Okay, so one day i opened my limewire and boom there are tons of files that i didn't download. i deleted all of those files and they appear again after i restart my computer. i thought this was a virus from one of the zip or exe files i downloaded so i deleteed all of my exe/zip files that i downloaded from LimeWire, however the problem didn't go away. So please help get rid of this.(this is slowing down my computer, alot) The files that i DIDN"T download are in Complete, i can't find that folder at where it suppose to be, so i stop share it every time. but it keeps coming back.

Since the size limit of tip.it is 30kb, i'm having a hard time reducing the size and keeping hte quality, does anyone have some tips on this?? should i save it in PNG, or some other files? help please

Could anyone tell me how to make a pixel signature (do you draw with hands first and then scan into computer)? maybe a link to a good tutoiral? And how do you do the shadings???
