u see i got this problem, i ve looked everywhere for a decent adobe tutorial on how to make a shine effect such as the words in my sig... can someone plz tell me how to accomplish this feat either in adobe photoshop elements 3 or flash mx 6????

maybe also to improve their own work and gain the respect of their peers.... the cash is just one of the things u gain in making a pixel
