Yes and No. I think the Rare Item every 20 minutes is entirely dependant on your luck.. I think it averages out at one rare ever 20 minutes though. As for random events read ltje's post more clearly.

I do think that the whole 20 minutes thing is something to do with the drops from monsters.
A small note is, that I dont know if screenrotating actually matters. However, long ago I read it anywhere, and I've learned myself not to do it. And because I now train on giant spiders lvl 50 who autoatt, I have no need for it now either.
Also, if I have trained for 10-20 minutes, without having a random in that time, and then I tele to varrock to bank, I always get that teleabbysrandomthingie.
But I dont know if this is really considered "luck", I'm quite much fed up with drunken dwarfs and that telething ;)
Anyway, about drops I dont really much know.
The only thing is, that when I was killing ankou's and ice warriors, the first drops where a bit better, in that drops were more laws and nats then on average.
But that are not that really good drops most people are looking for ;)

EDIT: I don't know if any of you believe this but exactly 20 Minutes After I made this post (Also Started Dust Devil Trip) I got a Rarish Drop of Red Dragonhide Vambraces. Maybe it's every 20 minutes or so?
I do know, that 20 minutes have a meaning. At least for me. When training combat in a dungeon, without rotating my screen, I could set my clock that every 20 minutes I got an random event.

However, most of them were rubbish
Also, that the first few drops are the best, seems pretty true also. I cannot state it for every time on every monster, but I know some cases that I really saw that the first few drops were pretty good.

Well, it seems for me that also this month was/is quite an good month about updates....
That whole shipthing looks like an pretty big update
Prayer is an relative small update, but with big consequenses I think
Graficupdates seems also big. Looking forward to this one
Besides, I think the first 2 update were also good. :)
So, the BTS suggested that augustus was an "easy" month about updates. If so, bring on septembre then! :D

Much of the rest is gibberish to me, and in a rhyme of the song "Bah Bah Black Sheep". I translated the best I could, and if I left it alone, I couldnt figure it out.

Hmm... I tried to train a bit on ankous in F2P, but thats no good.

-the only good drop is law runes, which they drop really much.
However, for an lvl 80 like me they are to hard to be profitable with as only good drop laws.
Amezingly, when I was training on them (the lvl 75's), I was at lvl 80 the highest lvl around! Even lvl 60's tend to train on them, but I dont see why. As said above, they hit hard, and have not that good drops.

A 1337 total lvl on a pure F2P account is still quite l33t I think...

In F2P the lvl 75 are really crowded :(

Don't have it anymore. I used to have it from the beginning, but then I realised that I had only 50k in my bank, and didnt put off my one and only santa hat every time I logged off, so it had no use for me, except when I'd go to a bank every time after playing to bank my santa.

That image says nothing about how the update will look like. Most of the images next to the new update on the main page are quite much diffenent then the update itself, so I think thats also the case now.

There is NO proof that the text list that was posted is true.
The image on the otherhand is, and has been edited so that all the prayers fit onto 1 image.
Anyone even considering that jagex is going to change the requirements for the prayer, because of that ONE person who posted that text list, may i ask why? Normally everyone on tip.it automaticaly calls fake when people just post text, yet people are actually starting to believe that this text list is true? Untill there is some firm proof that the prayer requirements are gonna change, i advise you all to calm down. -.-

Very much true. Luckely I'm not the only one who think about that it's not true. There is NO proof at all.
Funny that everyone takes it for real, and doesnt even think that there is no proof.

Besides I think your idea wouldnt really work.
Lets say there would be an world specially for lvl 80-90, that world would get crowded just as fast with lvl 50-60's as world 78 is now.
So the only solution are groups as affliction.
EDIT: FTW means For The Win, so they basically say that something is the best.

Besides that, while range may look overpowered now, dont forget that probably some things will get nerfed by Jagex as well...
