I'm pretty sure you can just report it as off topic/Wrong Forum, and then a Mod will probably lock/move it as he/she sees fit. I think the Off-Topic forum's usually the place for rl rants, as i've seen several rants there myself.
I've seen some total rulebreaking threads in wrong forum around here, and all a moderator does after seeing the report, is move and leave a message. I dont think any of them actually reads the content.
I may be wrong, and probably am, but this is what i have seen to be done (I dont blame you, i know how busy mods work can be)

Technically the rants and suggestion forum has no use either, since Jagex won't be reading them...
Jagex used to pop in here every once in a while (well, Andrew did) and post here + read threads, as well as rants and suggestions :P

Yeah, because creating new usergroups is so scary... :P (Having done that myself, I know what you mean. It's a pain in the neck.)

Sometimes there is a problem with the date code used to display dates on the site/forums. If there is something wrong with it the system goes back to its default date, which in this case is 1969. Its just a small error with the code.
yea i remember when in tip.it we had that glitch and people freaked out

I have been part of tip.it forums for a long, long time, and it has been almost as long long time since people actually read what descriptions say, even longer time since people actually follow them =/

I've never had that problem either.. For the first time i have to agree with Devnull, might be problem with IE :P

Could be a mistake, i mean that someone has forgotten to update the list.
There are no hidden moderators in Forum.Tip.It :P (only hidden mods are moderators that have put their 'hide my online status' to active)

SwiftKit is a 3rd Party Client (LeetChecker isn't) Jagex don't recommend you use 3rd Party Clients to play RuneScape with, and Tip.It stands by Jagex on these rules.
I'm not Dark Dude 98, but I think that would be his answer...
IMO they have forbidden somewhere, but rules are meant to be broken :P

This will be handled as soon as the Admins have worked out the more serious bugs. Until then, please be patient, and do NOT try to push the issue. I'd hate to have them turn around and say they won't do it because there were too many whiners. :shame:
