    Anybody on these forums who is interested in a 'cooler' form of excercise might like to look into Urban Dance. I myself retired from Runescape several months back and took up Cwalking which has now become my anti-drug, with heeps of benefits (Girls, Popularity) being the majors at the moment. For anyone who is unsure of forms of urban dance, here is a video of me cwalking http://media.putfile.com/vibe-vs-renegade, its a putfile video so you dont need to worry about downloading anything, and its only 7mb so itll take about 15-30 secs to load. That is a video of my cwalk battle with a member of the owner of the website http://www.cwalks.com. Anyone else here into any forms of Urban Dance?
