Anybody on these forums who is interested in a 'cooler' form of excercise might like to look into Urban Dance. I myself retired from Runescape several months back and took up Cwalking which has now become my anti-drug, with heeps of benefits (Girls, Popularity) being the majors at the moment. But technicalities aside, I prefer 'Urban Dance' more when it is spliced into b-boying than just on its own ;)

I dont think taht would be for me... although yoru preatty good with your feat, moving like that on your heals and toes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I perfer "Random dance" as i call it. I just try and move to the rythem and thry and come up with certain patterns to one song. Other then that... ya im big in the robot department. :lol:

nice thats looks sick, i wish i could have moves like that? how did u get started? did u take lessons at first, or self taught?
