Where do I get those shoes I see everyone running around with? Friend told me at barbarian dungeon or something, is that true?

My current combat skills are 40/36/40, wearing an Rune Long and a full Steel (Yes, I'm to poor to buy a full Rune, I'm just making the armors myself :>), where would be a good place to train? I were at lvl 22 Skeletons in Karamja before, because I could get Lobbys there for free to heal. Any other options? I'm f2p

Lol. A long time ago, when I were still playing Tibia I played a girls charakter for myself. It was fun, to beg off things and such, because it really worked. I also had some sort of 'boyfriend' who defended me and gave me lots of food, I could train with.. Good 'ol days.. Haha.
