I can confirm that, I have cape 2 right now because I'm still waiting for my Jade Vine to grow :P

Ardougne cloak 2 at Ourania Altar: Before: 10 Pure Essence 309 XP After: 5 Chaos (85 XP) 2 Nature (36 XP) 2 Astral (35 XP) 2 Water (24 XP) 1 Death (20 XP) 1 Cosmic (16 XP) 13 Runes Total (216 XP) 479 XP - 309 XP = 170 XP gained. You are right, I should have gotten 216 XP but I only received 170 XP :( I did get 3 extra runes instead of 1, so it's not always 10% extra runes.

Alright, I'll go again with 10 essence and see how much runes and xp I'll get :P

I went to the Ourania altar with 40 pure essence and my medium diary cloak, I received 44 runes, so I'd say you get a bonus of 10% in runes. Ok, and did you get the extra XP for that, or only extra runes? Either way, that's a very handy cloak! :) It would be very hard to check if I also got bonus xp, but it's more than likely that it does give xp for the bonus runes.

I had the exact same thought so i went to try it out, i also made a thread on the official runescape forums, this is the quick find code: 15-16-84-37374076 (a jagex mod posted on it) and a copy of the main post: EDIT: so far i have confirmed that the current max hit is 102! from my thread in goals and achievements(48-49-698-37370966): I believe it is possible to hit a stunning 138 damage on a kalphite guardian with a single hit. This is possible with keris dagger, from the new quest Contact! This is what the knowledge base says: The Keris is a weapon designed to be used against kalphites and the dastardly followers of Scabaras; as such, it may inflict up to three times more damage when used against them. 3 times the normal damage huh? I sometimes receive a message saying: You slip your dagger through a c |-| ink in the creature's chittin, landing a vicious blow. I have recieved this message only a few times since im training and my best hit with it was 102 so far so i think it must be the 3 times damage blow. Without the message my max hit with the dagger is 46, multiply by 3 and you will reach 135, so when i hit 46 at them moment the rare special attack is done i will hit 138 damage My stats: Black mask (+15% strength, i will only attempt this when i have the as slayer task) Amulet of strength (+10 strength) Fire cape (+4 strength) Keris (+30 strength) Fighter Torso (+4 strength) Rune Defender (+5 strength) Barrow Gloves (+12 strength) Rune Boots (+2 strength) Berserker Ring (+4 strength) Total strength bonus: +71 Total attack bonus: +73 I will also super attack and strength potion as well as Ultimate Strength and Incradible Reflexes My strength level is 99 List of special hits so far (all multiples of 3! ): 0 12 21 66 69 69 72 75 78 (it died with the hit) 84 (it died with the hit) 102 is the max hit so far!!
