Wow, I've been away for like 2 days or so, didn't expect so many post on this thread. I've read them all, I feel what everyone is saying no matter if they were wrong or right. But let's do avoid being biased here and get back on the topic. I did expect it to lead to other related topics though, nothing new. I think I kinda of got my point across :?: not totally sure on that so I'm going to leave this topic up for the other tip.it members to discuss on, I may drop in to see if the discussion is still brewing. What? lvl 3 combat's getting lvl 120 golems? That's not fun or spicy at all. It's virtually unfair to them, mining with their hearts racing and wondering if a golem will appear and kill them in one hit. And random events supposbly preventing autoing, because for one, if you don't respond to a random you either die or get teleported to a alternate location. The location prevents autoing because you'll have nothing to auto on at that location. :roll:

Ooooh, i know what you mean :twisted: but you don't need a key for the game, maybe a few tweaks depending on what files you've gotten from the source. Keep posting here let me know progress please.

So young, yet you understand some of the more less talked about things in life, that's great man :D. So now we know not all people under the age of 15 who play runescape are narrowminded. As you can see here if you have read all the post clearly, I sided differently and changed my mind from what Z was talking about.

It's ok now that I've open this discussion I've realized some things that I should have before. Next time i'll take heed to what's going on.

I'm not quite sure this is the correct forum, but it is way off-topic so I hope this doesn't get locked. :oops: Anyway, I play the game and I am looking for a few people who might know some tricks and tatics about the game. I haven't played it in years so im a bit rusty. Well the people who insulted me clearly meant to take it there trust me. if you were there then you'd know the whole deal, but you won't so who's to say? Anyway, it doesn't matter if the word they use is for swear or not it should not be accepted or said in the game period. That just how I feel, others may feel differently. I'm glad you brought that up though.

What I meant is this, people use alternate words to make up for the real names of what they are trying to say. like for example, Yahoo, yahoo is censored out fully. People have adapted to that and came up with similar words like "Yahee, etc". But back to my point to where I said JaGeX is lenient, ok I'm going to use this from prior knowledge, let's say 2 guys are have a verbal dispute and it gets to the point where the both of them start throwing racial slurs at one another: " coon - this word is censored out ( using as an example no harm intended so please don't think im racist :wink: ) one guy says that word. The other guy says : " Nig" - this word is not censored, the reason I used those two words is because they both have a derogatory meaning. You shouldn't be able to say a word that even comes close to it or sounds like it. Of course they could always use the alternate way of throwing racial remarks, white, black, asian, etc... I think they should install some type of filter, if you type a sentence that may sound like your disrespecting another race it should be filtered out to where nothing appears up on the chat. For example : XampleRsnamehere:(this is what he wrote in his text box) blah blah blah dumb ( any race). (enters it to be seen by nearby people) XampleRsnamehere:( no text should show, or either just *****)

True, but someone has to open their eyes up :shock: might can't be done but it's worth a try at least. You know something a human being does is not born with the hate of a race, it is learned through peers ( mainly parents, friends, etc) so I don't blame the kids, I blame the parents. The parents might not directly put off that racism image, it could be through friends, or other relatives , television!. Parent's need to be in a childs life 100% and guild them on the right path. I know when I have my children they will love all people, no matter the skin color, or what they have. Come on people this is real talk, let's see somemore post about this.

Firstly, let me say that I know this had probably more then likely been on these boards numerous times, so please don't flame me, it has to be said. I know runescape is a versatile game, yet indeed it has a very similar reality to the real world we know today. The good thing about it is what the game is about really, economy, money, merchanting, etc.... the bad thing about it which makes it seems world-like is the stereotyping, racism, thieves, etc... But my main focus on here in this discussion is racism and sterotyping. Yesterday i was verbally abused by a group of racist who cracked jokes about my culture (I'm african american), stereotyped me in a way of giving me a label as to be just a destructive no good african amercian. And this all started because I got to a hill giant quicker then the other guy. :roll: After that it was a done deal. I tried ignoring them as if they weren't there but the things they said made me start this discussion. I know i could have just ignored them, easy, yet if i would have ignored them then another innocent person like me would get insulted somewhere down the line if nothing is done. So why ignore and just hope the problem goes away, when it comes back around in a circle but to someone else. :? I think JaGeX should not be so lenient about racism, they should get strict! I'm not a racist person God knows I love all kinds of people even those who hate me or my race. If anyone can think of ways if possible JaGeX could put some force to stop racism then feel free, or discuss your problems with it or about this topic. Sterotyping/Misjudgement- People tend to judge you everyday on runescape by the things you have on and of course by your combat level. Just think back to when you had something nice and the ones who talked to you then or now, would they have acknowledged you if you didn't have what you had? And people think if you don't have nice things on then your poor, well you can't judge a book by it's cover. I always wondered if I walked around runescape with the clothes I came into this game with but had the bank that I have now, would I even have had the friends on my list. I'm f2p, I don't think there should be special f2p attacks. I wish you guys stop begging for more f2p stuff and just play the game the way it is. If you want specials become a member. :?

Maybe when you get a hit on someone or something it could show over your characters head. Let's say I hit a 12 on a giant, Over my head it would show "Catcher Bl0k - 16 damage done! or something like that. :?

Introduction We all know castle wars to be a capture the flag type feature on runescape, well why can't there be more? I've gotten these ideas from another game, but I think it fits well in with castle wars. So here it is...... Castle Wars Suggestion A) 2 types of games : FFA ( Free For All) and Team FFA ------:Free For All means that everyone in the game is on their own and the object is to get as many kills then the other players. The leader who has the most kills during the game would be at the top left corner of the screen and the number of kills beside it. You will be able to see how many kills everyone has by pressing a hotkey that brings up a transparent screen, this will show a list of the players, the number of kills each player has, and what order of who's near the lead. Time limit should be auto-set normal castle wars time or it could be extended to a reasonable amount. And of course the winner gets prizes like usual ( Tickets, maybe something a bit more :D). ------:Team FFA would be similar to FFA, the difference is you have the 3 teams starting at there spawn locations. The 3 teams fight for the number one spot and keep it until the times run out. Let's say Team Zamorak has 5 kills, Sara has 8, and Guthix has 8 also*Listen up for those who always see the bad side of ideas and might question: What if players get tied kills*Anyway...then easily decided, they both get rewards but the team/person(ffa) who has the #1 spot for the kills gets the better prize then the team/person(ffa) who has #2 and tied with #1. REMEMBER, it's whoever has the #1 spot at the end of the game. How Can This Possibly Be Added Into The Game? JaGeX would add 2 servers under the members world select page. The only difference is the number of people able to get in the server, Which I think it should be the amount Castle Wars can hold. The severs should be labeled "Castle Wars FFA" and the other "Castle Wars Team FFA". Upon log in the players would automatically be at Cwars because that's what the server is about CWARS!, you can't exit the door to explore the world because there won't be, I think if you exit the door you should have the option to log off and leave the server. That's it, well all I can remember after so many connection problems I may have forgot some stuff. FLAMER-PROOF ( for all you mindless flamers who like to flame post, Make sure you read all of this before posting, because I know you guys just want a post count :? )

Hey up all game for a cut scene here and there, but that would get boring sooner or later unless JaGeX comes up with new scenes like they do ridiculous updates (rofl). And NO!, there will not be any "Mortal Kombat(Combat?)" type deaths, never on runescape, not going to happen. Unless of course JaGeX comes up with "Runescape3: Reloaded" lol just kidding. But nah I dont think JaGeX would have that much content in the game.

I've had thoughts about that too, only mine were when people world hop in the wild, I think the attacks should be set just the same as when you logged off. This would be really handy for mages who have might have trouble trying to set attacks while getting pked during world hops.

Lol, tell me this, do you think the games that get cracked don't have serial codes? man you could practically search for keys to unlock free versions and full versions of games man.

He is right about it would get cracked, retail cd-rom games for pc are always being dubbed and downloaded illegally off the internet from some file-sharing peer to peer program. This would crash runescape and make all those hard working members angry.
