I am just starting out on making graphics (abstracts for siggys and stuff) so I was wondering which graphics program (which is free) I should download, preferrably I would like it to be user-friendly because I am not very experienced.

I just started the dragon slayer quest and i have gotten two map pieces (from melzar the mad and from wormtail) I am trying to get the third map piece from the dwarven mines (i have all four items: Wizard's mind bob, lobster cage, unfired pot, and silk) but i cant open the door. I keep talking to the oracle but he keeps telling me what to get even though i have all the items!!! Can someone please verify if this is a bug or if i am doing something wrong in the quest!!!
