The quest is quite hard sometimes. You need to run threw some sort of maze and if you are done with that than you need to fight a level 198 Giant Scarab who summons her fighters (leprichaurn riders (or something), scarab mages,
Melee scarabs (but not the ones from the DT pyramid)).
The Reward: (warning spoiler!)
A combat lamp that furfills 2 wishes and only can give xp to a combat skill. You can use it on: Attack, Strenght, Defence, Magic and Ranged.

If you finish the new quest then a new shop opens. If you talk to the lady and ask to get the prices down, she says that you need to wait a few months:
