looks pretty nice and is great for a first
as the previous posters said, lower the eyes and add hair
and add a small dot in the eyes if possible
And also try to fix the lips of the ahrim dude
a lil more curvy than should be
and about the bg, i suggest adding it, doesnt look too good without it
-
lol pretty funny
i guess thats wat actually happens in rs
oh and by the way, its MMORPG ( massive multiplayer online role playing game ) not MMORPC :P

comin out great
i suggest using snow and NO blood ( need to remain in the festive mood for it :D )
You cud even get him to hold a candy cane instead of the sword ( just to add to the mood :P )
but still great job
-
i suggest u to dither the blue "glow" a lil bit to the outside
giving it a real glowish feel

and maybe even a filtering around.
no offense but u need to work a lot more
-
nice gallery
i think u shud work on the unfinished ones as well but with the skill u have now :D

pretty good though i suggest using the pen tool and then using stroke path
that way u get nice curves in ur lines
oh.. btw i got a nice lil tip for u to make it even cooler
1 ) Make lineart with pen tool, make sure u do the curving and stuff
2 ) open up brush tool and select a brush of around 4-5 pixels ( something not too big or too small ). I select 5 normally.
3 ) Go bak to pen tool and choose stroke path. Then choose brush and make sure u check "simulate pressure"
4 ) Then reduce brush size to something less. 3 in my case
5 ) Again stroke with "simulate pressure"
6 ) Reduce brush to 1 after a few strokes if ur doing big. If u followed the sizes i chose just reduce brush to 1
7 ) Again stroke path BUT this time make sure "simulate pressure" is off.
8 ) Now just open pen tool and choose "delete path"
now u have an awesome smooth lineart using good old mousey
trust me this gives in some smooth lineart
if u dont understand any of the above, pm me and i will make a nice lil tut on it
edit : oh and by the way, did u make that pixel ? its pretty awesome i must say
-
pretty awesome
though i cant think wats gonne be in the rest of it :P

i think before u teach the sigs u shud get onto dithering
-
pretty good
though i think u cud do wid adding a glow to the headlights
maybe add that lens flare filter at that point
oh and maybe make the sig canvas bigger or the car smaller
anyway great job

work on the anatomy a lil, its wrong even for a cartoon-ish pixel
and another thing, dont use anti-aliasing from photoshop
and when i zoom in, i see that most of ur color is going out of the lines
u shud be using the fill tool of photoshop
make the lineart before u add the colors
and u need to clean the lineart as well
for example
this
shud be this
note that handle of sword is not 100% black
a lil before black
just look at the linework of the bodys outer part
as far as i can guess, ur using something like photoshop to make pixels
thats like using a sword to stitch clothes ( wow i hav become a poet :P )
anyway zooming in, i can guess that u have first used a brush to color the place where the face will be
then used a soft brush to make the face's linework
then u found ur mistake and used a hard edged pencil to make the rest of the body
i suggest u look around the net for some tuts on pixel
and make sure u check This One by terley

so all i wanna say is
awesome work
AND
is that all photoshop ? and is it airbrushed ?
or did u ACTUALLY pixel it pixel by pixel
coz if u actiually pixelled it like that - Man you have some patience!
anyway good job again

pretty good
mite wanna keep on updating the first post instead of posting all edits
coz once the thread gets bigger the viewers will have to surf all around the topic to see ur progress
MMORPC - Webcomic
in Art and Media
Posted
hey why dont u add the second comic in the first post as well
would be hard for surfers to see all comics once the thread and comics grow
oh and did i mention i find the second comic funnier :D
u must have a really good sense of humor to think all that up
