question on the frog event.... is that appear to f2p players also? and if so... is the white dress from them too? and how do i get that event

i managed to get a clue scroll after 3-4 blue dragons one day... havne't got one since from them but i plan on going back... since i got guthix pl8 from that scroll

i got the maze one day while either chopping willows or mining... can't remember which... but i managed to get to center and got 200-250 coal ores
