    As a programmer myself I can say the following: programs ALWAYS have bugs in them. I one time tested this by releasing a simple "hello world" program, I then set up a bug tracker, excepting nothing. I got about 15 duplicates, I didn't say what language it was in. #-o You shouldn't try and hide them, but rather ask users to report them. What Jagex has and is doing is great and commendable.
