How many members of Fear are Phobia Graduates? We've kept track since January, but not since before that, but since January, we've had 42 grads. ------------ 1.) 352 was our opts immediately into the wild, after catching up with some later arrivals, we maxed opts, and later, right before charging, we had 177 people, which is 521 options.

First of, Phobia declared on MK, MK accepted a 5-day prep. Phobia's CB average is 89.3, 261 members, MK's is 115.4, 128 members, so almost 25 levels difference. first off do you f2p pk? it's not only about numbers higher lvls with less numbers can take out a another group with lower lvls and alot more numbers. i've seen it happen and it also depends on spamming. i do not think phobia is a junior clan. if they are a junior clan then i should be able to fight with tf since phobia's members past the graduation lvl can. sound fair? i think tf could pull an extra 20-30 100+ members if that's the case. i doubt highly phobia would think that were fair. when i graduated i KNEW what it meant. if your members arent ready to grad they shouldnt reach the graduation lvl. LOL, yes I do f2p pk. I've been in Phobia/Fear, Runescape Valor, and now a future applicant for the Sacred Templars. I'm sure TF and 'The' have lots of experience f2p pking. Though 'The' is so incredibly inactive right now they don't make an impact at all in the wild. Tf is growing to that. Its your opinion if you don't think Phobia is a junior clan, but most people do. You see it differently because your in Tf I suppose. Phobia and Tf run the 'junior clan' thing completely different. ++ TF does NOT get to set the rules for a junior clan. Judging by your statement, wonder how Phobia would do without members over their requirement. :roll: You don't even have a combat cap so how can you even be defined as a junior clan. I think this itsy-bitsy detail will make finalizing the war a hassle. Well, first, you claim that what TF says is a junior clan is a junior clan. A junior clan does not NEED to force its members to grad. Unfortunately, just because you guys seem to use propaganda effectively, you manage to convince the clan world that you're right and we're wrong. Also, look at the Phobia high-scores. THERE ARE ONLY FIVE PEOPLE 96+ COMBAT WHO ARE NOT STAFF. FIVE OUT OF ALMOST 300. Does that, by ANY chance, tell you something? It might mean that although we don't FORCE it, we VERY HIGHLY ENCOURAGE IT. You know how much less flaming there would be if you could back up everything you said? And not make assumptions which you KNOW to be false? Try it, see it works out.

so basically your saying "im scared of people disagreeing with me so i write this so i can say they're all stupid". cooler capes are one of the many reasons jagex tries to get people to pay for members. team capes should remain members only. what i DO agree with, is that members should be able to use them on an F2P world. my idea for this is: make team capes untradeble, let them be an F2P item, but ONLY aquireble on a P2P world. this way member clans could have an f2p pking trip once in a while and use team capes, and f2p doesnt lose a reason to get members. No, I already actually know that people disagree, and I've already been flamed too much on DI forums, so I decided I don't really care about this opinions. But, yes, I spose that would be a fair idea.

Okay, I've currently had quite a few clans invited, so, I'm petitioning for Team Capes to become F2p. If its the rules, I'm not sure (No stickied rules topics in this forum).
