  1. It'll actually help a lot with Barrows. After you've finished your run you can tele to your house, use a prayer alter to fully recharge prayer and use one of your permanent portals to tele to Canifis. Rinse & Repeat. 8-)
  2. Explore members-only areas and get all members skills to level 30. That's what I did...was so fun, I decided to never leave P2P. 8-)
  3. No, you can't cut them. They are strictly for decoration/appearance.
  4. Sucks to hear, but you kinda dug your own grave. Never wear rare items while doing something like fishing...by doing it, you're taking the chance that something bad will happen. I can't blame the guy that wouldn't give your hat back either. He didn't scam you, he didn't hack you, he didn't cheat you out of it...you made the mistake of risking it, and unfortunately, in this instance, you had to pay the price. I wish you good luck though, and I hope you can get back on your feet soon.
  5. It's not hard to do yourself. In fact, I just used the air alter until level 44 and it took me two or three days...and I didn't play that much.
  6. Yew longs are the way to go. Buy yew logs at around 270 each (they're dropping fast because of autoers), strings at 150-200 (much easier to buy for 200). Then just cut, string and sell for 600 each. I used that method to get to 99 Fletching and made a very nice profit by the end. Alternatively you can high alch the yew longs yourself. You'll end up breaking even, so it's not really for profit - but you get some very nice mage xp while you're at it.
  7. Train RCing up to level 44 (should take a few days, max) then abyss craft nature runes. Over 300k an hour (not including ess), so it's far better than anything else (unless you want to spend months training something else).
  8. Runecrafting nature runes, for sure. At level 50 (which is easy to get) you can make around 350k an hour (not including ess) using the abyss + 3 pouches. Of course, you've gotta worry about abyss PKers, but it's worth the risk. No other skill even comes close in terms of raw profit.
  9. Then... This is some crazy stuff. They better not do anything to me, because they were the ones who told me I could. It's a darn shame that this is happening to so many people. I really hope Jagex smartens up and does something about it soon.
