The best best best way is: (it's the cheapest trust me, but it trakes some time) buy like 10k minds and airs with fire staff or buy fires with air staff, and then train at fire giants in the range/mage, good drops, nice training, just take your time. I trained 10 lvls with that and got 400k in drops so got almost the money back :o

i got lvl 71 atk def and str and 35 constrction rest of skills are all above 50 but constrction i only trained today \ played like uhmmmm 11 moths 4 moths member

for cb lvl 80-90 is the best 3 p pots and 8 or more sharks and magic dart.. and I prafer a kill count of 20-25 because you get lots of runes, most of the time the runes u used during barrows... great guide anyway

i heard it yesterday on the radio and today I saw in the newspaper that he lived in my village: Bunnik, so I asked friends and relatives and I know almost for sure that he was at the same school as me but then 1 grade lower.
