Its about time sombody took the time to adress the issue of lazy typers playing runescape, and infecting our youth with poor typing habits. Seriously, the worst I ever do is occasionally type "hey u!" or try typing "Im trying to get the money for a whip and obby shield" and end up with "iy tring to get the moey for awhip and ob bysh ield" :lol: But i would really like if people would start taking the time to type in proper english. :twisted:

This is one of my favorite articles to date, since i can relate to the author. I've been playing since roughly november '01, and up till october '05 i was still f2p and had never been p2p. i remember the days of loathing p2p's for all the extra features they had, and the fact that f2p hadn't gotten any new skills or quests since Runescape 3D came out. Sadly now, i can't go back. I can't give up my rock-shell, or my berseker helmet, or that dragon scimmy, or the obby shield and cape... make that all the cool stuff. i do have to agree that the number of updates i'm getting as a p2p'er is getting a little overwhelming, since i've only just gotten the hang of leveling my member skills. (I finally have 55 slayer, and im having fun doing barrows) That's just my 2 cents...

Wow, so this version of runecape is 5 years old? I remeber back to old days when i played Runescape (RSC to you young people), when we could powermine, or laugh at our characters lack of knees (that kept me laughing for awhile...). By November '05 I've reached my ~4.25 year anniversary of playing runescape, which ive played since 2001*. The funny thing is i only became a member last year :lol: . If anybody wants to chat, or hear my ramblings in person, pm my character "Shawn Stern", i hang aroungs worlds 64 and 65... :wink:... *Srry people, i zoned out when i said ive been playing since '98, when the game came out in 2001. I started playing around november '01...
