I only played classic for a bit but I know what you mean about having small numbers of players. It was cool in free 2 play acouple of years ago I've been member for about two years. I used to want a rune long not anymore..i'm just leveing really is all it is I like the story but I don't like running all over the world *which is why i'm working agility now* heh wehn I started runescape I to had "real" runescape firends or like in the real world they all quit now

ti could work with longswords, swords, daggers, maybe maces, darts maybe but that's crazy, shields *yeah I know what your thinking!*, and out of the first three they could be mixed up in these ways such as dagger-dagger, dagger-sword, sword-sword, longsword-sword, long-long, and if we use maces then mace with long, short, or dagger though the long ismost seemly and it's stupid. Then there are those scimmies they only work with daggers or another scimmy. WHY? Becuase they are a totally diferent weapon style, even though there both swords see? If we bend the rules to say we can use scimmy-sword, then why not scimmy-long? Idk I don't really want that. Oh battle axes could be used with sword or with another battle axe.

WHY ISN'T IT A GOOD IDEA? Yuo've said it isn't in many different ways maybe, but why? And I know jagex doesn't change just cuz people don't like their game. I know runescape is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, ant there fore NOT and RPG you people test my patience as much as the game itself..well pretty close :). ASSUME i KNOW EVERYTHING IN STEAD OF ME NOT KNOWING ANYTHING. I'd rather look foolish then ignorrant or something. Thx anyways, it'd make alot more people play runescape. You knwo what I just realize? It's the same game no matter what it's on so now you're basically getting me to believe that RUNESCAPE IS A stupid idea. Is it any better on teh comp than on a console? NO. Now you say "but the lag". There are plenty of people who play using the old 1970 telephone wire. I know because my friends do, and I did before I got sattalite internet WHICH STILL FREAKEN LAGS. Obviously it wouldn't mattter much what it's on right? thx. I meant exactly what I said. I said it'd give the game two diferent although reletively the same genres. It'd BE a normal RPG IF they put it on a console or in my case a handheld and it COULD be both IF they enabled the online play which is EASY now days.

I hate you people that don't like change. Rather than say "no not going to work" you should think of a way to make it work. If you are gonna dis at least fix:). They could possibly use onyx which would be expensive since it would take I imagine...idk how many ounces they? And does stuff contract when it's heated?? Maybe you could melt it down with a TON of coal and then make armour with it. This armour would be obviously very shiny. Possibly less stronger than the next. The other way is to join the balck nights yay!! The think I liked about runescape when I started was that I could be a mage AND a warrior or a mage AND a ranger or even all three. IT seeemed that you could find favor in al thre gods and I still hope in the end you get to face all three. Well anyways you even from teh start when into TWO different GANGS places *even if you were discovered you horrible crook lol* and it's just awesome. So I think you should go to the black knights perhaps in disuguise with facepaint or something IF you have already joined or helped white nights. Now we must recognize the distance problem. In the castle above fally directl north it is so close it's not hard to recognize a trator from Fally castle. Now the one in seers village or around there..obviously did not recognize me WHEN I HAD done the first or first couple of white night quests in Fally. This might be because they had not been told but I imagine by teh time you have done the wanted quest they will deffinately know and you'll have to wear costunme. Other wise if you've only done the "recruits" quest you can acces this new black knights quest in seers village where you helped the black knights if you did that quest *drunken guy in bar*. Obviously with so many quests jagex is making quite a bit of story webbing. If you have done all of the quests *at the time* involving your acceptance and friendlieness increasing and or rank upiiing white knights activities twards said knights, you will go to castle north of fally in COMPLETE disguise. If you have done the "recruitment drive" but not the "wanted" quest, you can explain to the knights in seers village *the black ones* that you want to start this qeust *to get black armour*. After this you could do possibly another quest or find some smith recomendid by one of the knights (troop, general whatever) and he'd show you how. You know all you'd really need is like..well black is better than steel? Maybe jagex could introduce hte bessemer process and black dye here or something. :) . NOTE: I know i've opened a door but it's your choice to close it or walk through it on teh thoughts I mean of the game impact. Just dont' smal it in my face! If not that then you'd just use black dye and standard steel ores along with possibly..hm...i'm not sure..waht cuold we use that's in elemental groups about 3 through 15 or whatever already in runescape ready to be melted? Just to waste time about using somethign alrady there, it's like a good programmer who takes existing code and tweaks it a bit, instead of starting all over right. *come on this is the only part of the book i honestly read!* and imagine if they had made pokemon red, then blue and startged all over on blue? I dont' think their are enough differences for this, it'd have been stupid

SOrry I assume everyone knew that or at least all ..idk I knew that oK? I figure i'd be sitting down when I play next to a comp in teh same place nto moving. It might have different servers or the same. There would be LESS LAG when you want to play ALONE. Ok i see your ponit with wi-fi, but you'd still be able to play alone. ALso nintendo could set up with jagex servers just for this wuold held like 500 people each. THat would work even though the world was just about empty. Inf ace I can see 400/300 people servers but that makes it besides the point eh? It'd be a RPG with MMO onlnie capabilities like the consoles :)

the only reason runescape is moderately cool is cause you do not do the same crud that you do in all the other games that's the biggest crap lie i've ever heard. Sure the weapons aren't stupid, but other games have swords and nothign else...I don't play any other mmorpg's but out of all the RPG's i've played that was stupid. Besides teh old final fantasy's were more like what you're saying they're not now. Just go back in time till you hit the right one. If you rrealy want a game like you described play earthbound. There are others but that's the best example even though it's not an MMO rpg. What's wrong iwth changing race? WEl ok I see, but we still could use other races which would just ahve a few level caps. Say your a dwarf, your mining and smithing raise considerably faster *you notice the difference by the time your friend is level 60 minnig* but other things like maybe agility or somethign would be worse, like have a level cap or more likely be harder to raise. This would make it worth it to have multiple characters or friends of different races. ALL RACES COULD DO EVERYTHING *less jagex decides some kind of extreme* but some races would be better at soem things than others. WE'd only use existing races not create a new one. Dwares have mining, smithing. Not good agility. Maybe good strenght. They aren't much for praying till they do a quest in which they learn thanks to gods. Ogres have good strenght. You can imagine why. Agilty is a little harder to raise than dwarves. They also have good hit points. THey have level cap on farming at about 34 *cuz they're ogres* and a level cap on Gnomes have excellent range and agility better than humans. Possibly rnage had smaller level cap but idk. They have good cooking *by good I mean how easy it is to raise but believe me it'll still take a while to get to 99 so dont' worry bout making it easy* They have about a level 60 magic cap. This can be broken once you do some hard questing or at least moderate. It requires the aid of a human.

OK simply, IT'S A FRICKEN GRAET IDEA *keeps self from being mean * The DS, and PSP could both handle Runescape 2 EASY! The DS has a free wireless wi-fi infrastructure, dont' know about PSP. By handle easely, I mean runescape graphics suck. I dont' really mind them but they'r enot the best. Stil it's good value for $5.00 a month. The PSP we all know is like a stupid playstaion right? duh. Maybe a ps2. The DS can handle nearly up to the gamecube, about 80% of teh way there at least. WHY IS IT A FRICKEN BAD IDEA BEFORE i KEEP SAYING STUFF? IT would take an mmorp and make it both a mmorp and a normal rpg which some people perfer more. IT would make a ton of money just because there are a ton of people who play only handhelds prabably more so than play just console and close to PC. PC is hard to say but deffinately more than play runescape now.

I'll prabably get myself fired from teh forums (not that I work here) but oh well. Some of us enjoy handhelds. There is prabably over 300 times as many people who use handhelds than that play runescape. In fact you said waht like 2mil play? If that's right then I feel sorry for people who don't like this idea! You know it's to hard to find the facts once you've lost them but I assure you jagex would get rich, possibly at least 80 million people would be playing (I think they said 300 mill last time I read console sales of Nintendo DS). Yeah it'd not be a problem you want the dough? I want the game..i'm done with gaming now that winter is shorter..now that' in a junior, now that i'm a guitarits, i have work, i have love and not much time. Plus my dad just got back and I have family. So well i'd drift away from gaming anyways but as of now i quit cold turkey. It IS JUST SAD that trying to do a quest that should take maybe 1:30 cuz of complications that it takes like literaly ALL FRICKEN day . I know the trick let them play longer to pay longer. Well i'm not playing anymore. Account membership terminated. It makes me sad, but I have freedoms now you all cannot enjoy. Wow turns out i've come to chamnpion a cuase and instead have decided to freee myself :)
