do i need 65 smithing to make the mith 2 handed? or can i just get a mith 2 handed and continue with quest?

Kamil isnt really that hard, just use lots of fire bolt. No need for 70 mage or higher prayer at all. Bring dragonhide armor, 2 pray pots (3), maybe a strenght pot, swordies, runes, a dragon weapon (long perfered or dds) and u'll be fine. Don't forget super restore pots cuz of the cold. You'll be ancient in no time. Good luck
