What kind of dragon hunting? My slayer level is 55.

I think there should be an active/passive ability on skills that are combat once you reach the max level (99), for right now we have a horrible passive (boosts skill to 100) For example: 99 Attack: Passive: For 5 seconds, your accuracy is 5% better, cooldown 1 minute. 99 Strength: Active ability: Boost level 1-10, random number each time, cooldown 1 minute. 99 Defense: Passive: Evade a hit. Cooldown 2 minutes. so on and so on. What do you think? Sorry if this seems a little overpowered, but would be an interesting add to PvP. I've been playing too many DOTA type games, that's why I'm making this suggestion :P

So I haven't played in a couple of years, are red chins still the way to go to train range fast and efficiently? I don't have much money but do have 99 hunter, so I would be able to get the chins pretty fast if there's no bots. If anyone has an updated guide on leveling range and updated items as well, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
