Adversary
So I haven't played in a couple of years, are red chins still the way to go to train range fast and efficiently? I don't have much money but do have 99 hunter, so I would be able to get the chins pretty fast if there's no bots. If anyone has an updated guide on leveling range and updated items as well, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Quyneax
The fastest (also one of the best) method of training ranged is still chinning, with void deflector, range top, ranged accuracy boosting gear & soul wars cape. Pray rigour & use xrange pots. If you can, steel titan adds a good bit of xp/hr, cannon adds a lot too but is expensive. I wouldn't recommend hunting chins for money, that would take very long. Try farming or dragon hunting instead. If you hunt dragons with ranged + cannon, you'll knock out two birds with one stone. muggiwhplar
I got 99 ranged long ago via chinning w/o ever having more than 2M in the bank. I ranged aviansies, spent all the profits on chins, and took it one level at a time. I'm assuming aviansies aren't good enough cash anymore, so do what Quy recommended and range dragons one level at a time or something.

Dusk Souls
Blue dragons in the Taverly dungeon is probably the best way in that case.
